“I simply cannot say enough good things about OPEX Hampstead. My journey here began in January after the gym made a large transition from mostly Crossfit training to individualized training through OPEX. The support here is overwhelming, from both the main coaches as well as every member that works out with me inside the gym. The atmosphere here is nothing less than warm and fuzzy, as you see the same faces all the time! These coaches believe in you, work with you, adapt with you and support you in ways I can hardly describe. Personally, when I had to change my work out schedule while I was finishing nursing school, my coach worked with me to make sure I was still able to get my exercise time in and adapt my workouts accordingly. Training at OPEX has not only helped me achieve some of my fitness goals, but also helped me to manage nutrition, stress and time management too. The individual design of my program and workouts changes frequently according to my needs, which I LOVE. My coaches are always giving feedback to help me tailor movements and make sure I am getting the most out of every workout. From my own personal fitness achievements, to the coaching, to the family I have made here, I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for this gym!”

“Great owner, expert in pilates reformer, adjust clients while on reformer, she has a sense of humor as well, clean,upbeat, caring. I would have stayed but the distance from my home was a concern therefore I chose a new place closer. Not EYC.”

“Really loved this gym! They have a great selection of barbells, certain machines were real nice quality, and the overall atmosphere is chill but focused. Feels like a place where people go to properly work out, and not a place to screw around. Ended up going here over Choice Fitness in Massachusetts, because this place has a $10 day pass instead of $20. Employees are also friendly. Locker rooms are nice and spacious.Only docking 1 star over a minor complaint... this place was pretty hot! Granted it was an 85-88 degree day outside, but the A/C seemed like it was struggling to keep up in that huge building, and one of the big fans they had was out of order.”
