“Post office flying flag at night with no light Per us flag code American flags when flown on public property shal be lit up at night or taken in. as of today 3/23/23 6:00 am flag is dark. Out and not lit up let’s see when this gets taken care if I’ll be making my call today . The line was a little long but they got through it quick.I will say that the woman (I assume a manager) who came from the back and told the employees the employees to not wait until they were out of change to ask for more, could of used a little more class and less attitude. Those folks were working hard and provided top notch customer service.”

“I ordered a wood chipper that was being shipped to my residence in NH from Las Vegas. It took a little while for the item to travel across the country, due to weather, transfers, etc., but as soon as it arrived at the terminal in Massachusetts, I was contacted and a scheduled delivery day and time set up. The driver (Hector) and his helper arrived punctually, early in the AM the morning of the date agreed on. He was very friendly, considerate, professional, and did not leave until he was sure I was satisfied with the product and placed it exactly where it was convenient for me. Although the delivery person works for a company sub-contracted by Estes Express to deliver items for them, I could not be more happy with my delivery and great job Hector did!”

“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”

Was taken great care of while shipping my items. “Mixed up and technologically challenged, I had to ask for help from an attendant at Staples. I needed to print some important documents. I had a 'code', but somehow things kept getting mixed up and just could not get these papers printed! When I asked the young man for help, he came over, explained the one mistake I made (not sure that was true), but with a smile on his face, he magically made the 12 pages of documents appear! He was kind and I learned just what needed to be done for the next time. Not as difficult as I thought , and I think I might be able to do it on my own next time. I'm happy and a bit smarter..”
