Best place to buy a phone, Devin Smith has the best personality and very knowledgeable. He took his time to find a perfect phone for my 81 years old mother and help her until she new how to use her phone.

Peter is the absolute WORST customer service person I have ever encountered. His rude demeanor, nasty, vicious tone caused me to leave Verizon completely and go to TM where we received exceptional service and got an incredible plan with new phones. I pray no one has to endure this young, arrogant, brash and disrespectful man. He certainly does not belong in the customer service realm. He needs counseling and training. He is horrendous and abusive. Deserves NO stars at all.

Needed to get a charge cable and stopped inNo one was in store, after a short while a young guy, maybe 30 years old came outHe seemed aggravated that I had come into storeHe could not have been more ignorant and rude if he triedI told him it was for I phone 10He was not paying any attentionHe said what type do you want and rattled off a fewI again said I phone 10“If you had said that in first place we could get somewhere “ was responseI said “this is rediculous”He said “you are rediculous”At this point I left and went to the gas station and found what I neededThe cashier even said thank youWhat a concept !!!!He actually did me a favor as I saved 10 dollars on inflated Verizon pricesAvoid this place like the plagueThis kid should not be allowed near customers
