No one is ever friendly there but I haven't really cared about that as along as we get our prescriptions. However most recently my son got prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection. We did not spill any but around day 6 of 10 we realized we wouldn't have enough. The bottle was gone at day 7. I called and explained the situation to the pharmacist. He contacted the prescribing provider (emergency room) who obviously wouldn't renew it. I questioned why he would need it renewed if we never received the full quantity. He then told me to go to primary care. Well primary care isn't going to renew a prescription they didn't prescribe without seeing him. By the time this would be settled the 10 days would be up. Annoying to say the least. When I shared with my friend how we didn't have a full dose she told me the same thing happened to her 3 times! I will be switching pharmacies.

I had a return with no receipt but it wasn't a problem at my local Walgreens. A different Walgreens gave me a difficult time so that's when to the the Walgreens around the corner from me. Always friendly and easy to work with. I got a store credit I used that visit on something that cost much more than the credit therefore earning the store an extra sale.

Walgreens over the nation are greatly appreciated and valued… however, every now and then there is a location that just stands I ur above the rest. This is one of those spots. Friendly smiles and helpful attitudes.

This has to be the WORST pharmacy ever! Refuse to fill meds even when it’s time to do so. Refused to give an emergency supply knowing I’d be. Tried to charge me for meds covered under insurance. Every single time I fill a prescription here there is an issue. They didn’t get the refill, they aren’t ready 2 days after calling it in, they can’t get authorization. No one seems to know what they are doing here.

Every time I go here there is an issue. RX not ready, they didn’t have enough to give the whole script, then you never get the remaining quantity. Very unhappy

This pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever experienced! They say your prescription will be ready in 15 minutes and if you come back 2 hours later, it’s still not ready! They say they will have a medication in stock in 2 days and 2 weeks later, still don’t have it!!!

Requested to speak with a manager about a coupon that expired on the same day that I received it; trying to gain some new insight or understanding. Was denied help by the cashier to speak with the manager over and over and over again. She kept saying “they’re just going to tell you the same thing I am”. But that is besides the point, I am trying to ask additional questions - do not tell me you can’t get management for me to speak with… just get the management. Absolutely useless

Disgusting unsanitary joke of a store!The place is disgusting and full of incompetent morons who don’t care about anyone other than themselves or doing their jobs. When I spoke to a manager about the bathroom he basically said “it’s not my problem”. Not to mention the mess that is the pharmacy. I was on hold for over 2 HOURS trying to get ahold of someone regarding an urgent medication and I had to go into the store just to he told it’d be another hour.This company disgusts me every day.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is what I go for most of the time. You need patience with them. Seems like there always working hard. Sometimes the automatic refills does not go through. You do need to be on top of things so you don't run out. When they say there contacting your Dr for a script renewal it's best to call Dr your self. Most of the time they say it rejected. But when I call Dr office said they never received a request and sent it for me. Then pharmacy gets it right away. So I don't know what's going on there. But it happens often.

Staff is all very friendly and caring.If you go at the right time of day or night there are no lines I love shopping there.Great customer service.

The retail store is well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the pharmacy is either understaffed or poorly managed. I tried to pick up a prescription after surgery and could not reach anyone in the pharmacy department to receive a status update and to provide them with my insurance information as a new customer. After experiencing hold times of over an hour, l had my boyfriend drive to the store given my condition. Going forward, l will not use the Walgreens pharmacy given its poor customer service, inadequate staffing and overall inability to provide essential services. Hannnaford’s has been recommended as a suitable alternative. I hope Walgreens takes measures to evaluate their pharmacy staffing and drug prescription protocols to meet the community needs. Their current business model is irresponsible and unsustainable.
