This pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever experienced! They say your prescription will be ready in 15 minutes and if you come back 2 hours later, it’s still not ready! They say they will have a medication in stock in 2 days and 2 weeks later, still don’t have it!!!

Requested to speak with a manager about a coupon that expired on the same day that I received it; trying to gain some new insight or understanding. Was denied help by the cashier to speak with the manager over and over and over again. She kept saying “they’re just going to tell you the same thing I am”. But that is besides the point, I am trying to ask additional questions - do not tell me you can’t get management for me to speak with… just get the management. Absolutely useless

Disgusting unsanitary joke of a store!The place is disgusting and full of incompetent morons who don’t care about anyone other than themselves or doing their jobs. When I spoke to a manager about the bathroom he basically said “it’s not my problem”. Not to mention the mess that is the pharmacy. I was on hold for over 2 HOURS trying to get ahold of someone regarding an urgent medication and I had to go into the store just to he told it’d be another hour.This company disgusts me every day.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is what I go for most of the time. You need patience with them. Seems like there always working hard. Sometimes the automatic refills does not go through. You do need to be on top of things so you don't run out. When they say there contacting your Dr for a script renewal it's best to call Dr your self. Most of the time they say it rejected. But when I call Dr office said they never received a request and sent it for me. Then pharmacy gets it right away. So I don't know what's going on there. But it happens often.

Staff is all very friendly and caring.If you go at the right time of day or night there are no lines I love shopping there.Great customer service.

The retail store is well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the pharmacy is either understaffed or poorly managed. I tried to pick up a prescription after surgery and could not reach anyone in the pharmacy department to receive a status update and to provide them with my insurance information as a new customer. After experiencing hold times of over an hour, l had my boyfriend drive to the store given my condition. Going forward, l will not use the Walgreens pharmacy given its poor customer service, inadequate staffing and overall inability to provide essential services. Hannnaford’s has been recommended as a suitable alternative. I hope Walgreens takes measures to evaluate their pharmacy staffing and drug prescription protocols to meet the community needs. Their current business model is irresponsible and unsustainable.

Every time I tried to pick up a prescription here there was a problem. EVERY time! I moved to Hannaford’s Pharmacy and they have been perfect. My father however did not move. Now I sit here in line, again, only to find that they only have a PARTIAL order of his life saving meds! OMG! I’m so done with this place!!!!!! I’m changing dad to another pharmacy too! They wanted me to talk to a manager and I said “why? I did 2 years ago and if anything it got worse, not better!!!!” Ugh. So done!

Called this pharmacy to see if they had a certain medicine in stock. Well tried to. Put on hold 6 times and never spoke to one person. Supposedly only 1 person in front of me. Ten minutes later, I'm done.

Extremely rude and condescending when I called with a question regarding a medication on national back order. I've been using Walgreens for over 10 years, however this particular location needs a corporate investigation regarding customer relations and professional boundaries in regards to abusive and bias treatment of their customers . Totally abusive and unacceptable experience today . Avoid this Walgreens location at all costs . I'm filing a formal complaint with their corporate office today .

Bought a go2bank debit card for 2.95 and put $50.00 on it! Tried to register the card online as instructions say but it keeps being denied! Tried every phone number and it's all automated with no options to a live customer service representative so I went back to the store and they said there was nothing they could do, no refund or anything!

Terrible. Ordered 20 Xmas cards online at 7 am said it was ready at 10:35 . Went after work . Got there around 530 ish an they weren't even done . Not only that but I got home an there was only 15 ? never again...

Store is OK for what it is. Staff is nice.Pharmacy……system is always down. So Nope. Corporate needs to step in regarding the ongoing issues with the pharacy infrastructure.

Walgreens is USUALLY my go to pharmacy, but not THIS one! I don’t know why this particular Pharmacy is bad but I have never had a good experience with them. Have had great experience with other Walgreens but this one is horrible. Go to another pharmacy if you can.

The staff is always pleasant but the Pharmacy wait times are absurd.You pull into line after the Rx has been sent for 2 hours ,only to be told " Another 20 minutes, then pull in after 40 minutes only to be told." Not ready yet!"" During Covid ... Common to wait 5 to 6 hours...Need more Pharmacist's .
