Amazing service from start to finish. Alison is the most efficient person to deal with and she scheduled our appointment and kept us informed. Dave was our technician and did a great job bringing our fire back to its original performance. I am so glad I found this company.

Allison was a dream to schedule and communicate with. Ken was wicked knowledgeable and got our fireplace working again. I’ll absolutely schedule service with them every few years to keep our equipment in good shape. Highly highly recommend this company!

Had my fireplace insert serviced by Dave from Jackson Fireplace & Patio. He was extremely thorough, pleasant and informative. I wish all the service professionals I hire could be as nice, prompt, honest and competent as Dave. Cannot recommend enough - just a great experience.
