I've had many units at Life Storage over many years. Wanda-Jo and Jim are both very easy to work with. Both have been helpful, knowledgeable, and polite during easy or challenging transactions. I have worked with Wanda Jo and Jim to find a great and reasonably priced storage unit. They were both very helpful and I am happy with the unit. The facility is clean and even though we are on the 3rd floor it is easy to access our unit.

The process was simple the unit I rented was perfect, the manager who assisted me was extremely friendly... So far so good. I would give a 5th star, but I still have to see how things go when and after I move stuff into the storage.

I recently rented a storage unit at Life Storage located at 143 Lafayette Road, Hampton Falls, NH 03844. Store Manager Wanda-Jo Grzybowski took excellent and kind care of my rental. She was extraordinarily helpful and kind. This is the first time I ever rented a storage unit and Wanda-Jo made the process easy and stress-free. I was most impressed with the manager here, Wanda. There was a waitlist to get the unit I was looking for and she kept me in the loop as well as took my many phone calls, always professional, courteous, caring, going above and beyond what I've seen these days of many customer service professionals. Explained the payment process clearly, answered all my questions etc. She deserves a raise! Great facility, clean, safe, etc. I'd give her 10 stars for managing it.

Wanda-Jo at Life Storage in Hampton Falls, NH is the best! From the time I called for availability, within an hour, I had secured the unit, had packing materials and a lock for the door. I highly recommend you give Wanda-Jo a call .. she made it all so easy.

This is a great storage area. Very neat & clean. Some units are climate controlled. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
