USPS has very competitive rates, slightly lower than FedEx and lots cheaper than UPS.Exeter, NH many times has one clerk only and back-ups due occur, due to folks who don’t print their own labels or who have specific questions re. passports or needing mail registered, etc. Parking on Front St. can be troublesome at times and side lot is small.Hampton Falls, NH closed for lunch 12-1 pm. Inside drop box for pre-printed packages. Usually one clerk and always very pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Very convenient being off of RT 1. The wood paneling inside gives this office a nostalgic feel. Post Office BOXES inside before the service area. There is mail ? drop off located there as well. I don't use outside mailBOXes anymore since I noticed on the news that mailBOXes are targets of thieves. Thieves are looking for checks and money orders. They can erase the amount and who the check is made out to and rewrite it so they can steal money ?. Also, if you have documents with personal information ℹ️, they can use the information for identity ? theft. You can see ? the First Baptist Church from the parking ?️ lot.

I have had PO Boxes at various Post Offices around the United States for literally the last 45 years... and i can say with great confidence, NONE of them ever gave me the great service that Cheryl and her staff have given me. I have had a PO Box at the Hampton Falls Post Office for literally 23 years and Cheryl's team is literally the Best of the Best. Thank you, Cheryl for your commitment to excellence and always going the extra mile for me and your other customers. Steven W'ms

Patti and Cheryl are two of the most helpful and kind postal employees I have ever met. They always go above and beyond!! Highly recommend this post office and all they do!

All of the employees I have had the pleasure of working with have been friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. The hours are fairly limiting, especially being closed during a standard lunch break.

The postmaster is so unhelpful. Everytime I go in there she has an issue. If you own a business avoid this place. If you are not buying stamps or shipping one package it's total drama. God forbid she ever gets up from her desk and does anything. She refused to give me supplies and then refuses to run my letters. They really should just close this place.
