At 6 pm after an eye procedure, I needed an RX filled that evening which was not in stock. The pharmacist, James, made several phone calls to other area pharmacies to locate the eye drops I needed to start that evening. He was incredibly kind and spent a great deal of time until he located the RX. I switched from CVS several years ago and have been more than happy with any prescription services I need at this Hannaford pharmacy.

Went to store today to get refill. Pick uprefill ne problem.Get home and find out 90 day is only 30 day. Was not informed when ordering or picking up. Call Store to ask why only 30 day. Was told they are short and everyone has to share. No problem but please inform customer so not caught in a bind when you are leaving for 6 weeks. As i am speaking i hear woman say he hung up on me as i am still talking. I call back to ask what happened and she hung up again with out even talking to me. Never have i been so insulted. and never again doing business with this store

I've been getting perceptions from this pharmacy for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I've also never had a bad phone experience with them or a wrong prescription given to me. I don't understand the people whining about this pharmacy.

I picked up a prescription for a friend and gave him thebag that had his name on it. Then he calls me and tells methe 2 bottles in the bag had someone else's name onthem. So now I have to drive back get the wrong medsand pick up the right ones. I called the store and the girlwas rude she transferred me to the pharmacist. Thepharmacist also seemed disinterested. Went in and thepharmacist never made eye contact with me not a hint ofwarmth in her face, and just switched the wrong meds forthe right ones, and worst of all, NO SORRY! Anyone canmake a mistake. I know you're busy, I get that and I wouldhave been fine if I hadn't been met with poor customerservice! Hey I know you don't care but I expect you to fakeit when a customer has been wronged.

ridiculously kind, knowledgeable, and easy-to-work-with staff. switched from cvs a couple years ago and haven't looked back. the people working as of this review date (8/3/22) will literally go out of their way to help you and get things done. 5/5

I have waited days for my daughters medications and one for me. I'm calling for hours today to make sure it's done before I take a25$ Uber there but when I call they hang up on me over and over again. Always understaffed too.

Love this pharmacy. It’s true that they aren’t super fast, but they go out of their way to help you. When they couldn’t get their hands on my new meds the same day, they not only called all other Hannaford pharmacies but also all of the other pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc) in the area to help me.When you need something ASAP, you can always let them know, and they’ll do their best to help you out.

Poor verity and HORRIBLE customer service. The managers walk around doing nothing. live 1/2 from the Hampton one and still I’ll take the ride to Exeter anyway

Although each individual pharmacist is kind and friendly, the organization of this pharmacy is disastrous. It takes between 30 and 45 minutes to have a prescription filled on a normal day, which is tolerable, but also variable as they may forget to fill your prescription during this time. but (apparently) sometimes the (only) pharmacist will be out of the pharmacy with no back-ups available until further notice, leaving many people unable to have time-sensitive prescriptions refilled.I'd much rather go to another nearby pharmacy where, at the very least, they are more dependable as far as hours of availability and coverage. I do understand that things happen, but in a field such as pharmacology I'd expect there to be a few back-up pharmacists who could be called in if necessary.
