“I love when a local, family owned shop is great at what they do and this is one of those places. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Not this place! I hope they stick around for many more years.”

“Always have what I need, good selection of building materials, tools... I had some unusual framing conundrum and guys in the store helped me figured out the solution and ordered special hangers for me. Also convenient location.”

“Everytime I go, I get incredible customer service. Im learning how to cut and shape stone with a dremel. Its a lot of different parts and such. Today Fred helped me with all questions I had. He went above and beyond with information about the different parts of the dremel. I greatly appreciate it! Everyone is always kind and knowledgeable. Plus I can bring my pup ❤️”

“I always come here when I need to pick up new gear for my projects without spending a fortune. The variety of tools they keep in stock is honestly impressive, and I have found some really sturdy items that work just as well as the more expensive brands. It is a no-frills kind of place, but that is exactly why I like it because I can just walk in, find what I need, and get back to work quickly.”
70 Heritage Ave, Portsmouth NH 03801
“I walked in today for an obscure little item for a project. I young lady (who was trying to eat her lunch) asked me if she could help me find something. After I told her, she didn’t tell me where I could find it, instead she took me. That is customer service! Thanks again for your help.”

“Great people. Quality products. Excellent service. They know their stuff. If things go wrong, they make it right. If you’re buying lumber, building materials, decking or hardware somewhere else, you may be settling for less. There is a reason why they’ve been around since 1957.”
120 Portsmouth Ave, Exeter NH 03833
“Phenomenal customer service. I spoke with Al (great name!) a few times, and he was courteous, patient, and most importantly had a great sense of humor. Not only did the price average out to about $1.50 cheaper PER BOARD than the big box stores (I did the math), I much prefer to support a local business. I will be buying all of my lumber from them for the foreseeable future!!!”
147 Lafayette Road, Seabrook NH 03874
“I was looking for replacement faucet cartridges for my 12 year old kitchen faucet. Had looked several places with no luck. Tried FW Webb and spoke with Mike D. He determined that Webb also didn’t carry what I needed, but then found the part numbers for me and helped me find the replacements. He is one of the most helpful representatives I have ever dealt with anywhere!!”
145 Heritage Ave #2, Portsmouth NH 03801
“Friendly and helpful. Huge variety of nuts, bolts, washers, shackles. I needed a marine grade set bolt to mount a new winch and the guy in the warehouse found the right size and explained the difference between A4, 816 and A2 stainless. This place is a gold mine.”
28 Portsmouth Ave #8, Stratham NH 03885
“Excellent service and great people working at the Stratham store. Manchester used to be my go to store, but this new store in Stratham is closer and has everything you need and more. Stratham is now my go to store.”

“Just bought an LG refrigerator from them. Our appliance specialist Denise Scott was UNBLIEVEABLE! She did everything right and explained in detail about the options, delivery, extended warranty, etc. Everything she said took place and she knows her stuff. When you go to the store, look for her, she cares and is so helpful. We just love the refrigerator and are very happy with everything about it.”

“This place was better than expected. I was referred by a friend so I went to check It out. The staff was very helpful in figuring out transformer size, lighting selection and light bulb types for a large landscape lighting project! They also had everything I needed in stock.”

“Winn of seacoast is the best spot to shop for all your plumbing needs. The guys are a whole crew of hardworking and caring young fellas. If you are nice enough they even let you feed the lizard! Mike and Adam, Keegan, Brandon, and Scott are the men to see when you have plumbing issues.”

“My mum had to make a return, yesterday, after losing our dad, recently. The team at Lowes were kind, compassionate and very understanding. Mum hadn’t complied with the return policy, as it was that last thing on her mind, following our devastating loss. The item was unused. The team, were a powerhouse of strength. She left the store with dignity. Thank you, to the fine, well trained Manager, and his team for taking care of a veterans widow, deep, deep in grief at a very difficult time.”

“I got what I needed but I'll say the only employee who made me feel not like a burden and like they were actually happy to help me was kasey, she was very friendly and helpful. The garden department has a lot of plants that aren't in good shape but I dont go for the plants anyways just saying”
609 Lafayette Road, Seabrook NH 03874
“What great customer service! Jamie and the dispatch head went so far out of their way to accommodate my last minute request. I misunderstood delivery days for a new shop in a different location and tried to order too late. I really needed my nitrogen tank replaced for an event the next day and they changed their entire schedule to get me what I needed. Jamie was gracious and friendly about it every step of the way (despite my wheedling). We've worked with ArcSource since we opened and will continue to do so! Thank you all so much!”

“I've had great experiences purchasing windows. These guys live and breathe windows and the ordering process is much more efficient than going through a less specialized business.”

“Even in September there is a good selection of outdoor flowers ? and fixtures, garden ? supplies and decorations. Halloween ? and Fall ? themed decorations. Fortunately, there were a very small display of Christmas items. I do not want to think ? about Christmas right now! One holiday at a time! Friendly service. Plenty of ? carts to move heavy ? items. An enjoyable time browsing and I found what I originally was looking for and I found a few items on clearance.”

“We had a terrible experience with a samsung dryer we purchased on-line. The samsung folks have a completely broken process, poor communication, and an awful delivery team. We spoke the seabrook Home Depot store manager (Dave). After weeks of failed promises from Samsung, Dave took full ownership of the issue, replaced the dryer and personally delivered it. While, we wont be purchasing Samsung, we will shop solely with Home Depot because of the outstanding customer service.”

“Check your receipts! My husband just got back from Lowe’s and complained about the cost of what he bought. After he got home I looked over the receipt and saw he was charged twice for the same product! Now he has to turn around and go back to get his refund for the overcharge. This was through the self check!! Another frustrating thing is a shower head we bought last month worked for only a week before it stopped working properly. The brand is “Allen and Roth.” Quality is not great. Not made in America. Obviously Other than that, the staff is very friendly every time he goes”

“Thank you, I believe his name was Brian and another gentleman; I needed help understanding a non-invasive bird deterrent. These guys were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.”
