We were trying to order a Triumph high-back chair through a local office furniture company here in Florida, but even after several attempts to reach them (and having bought many pieces from them before), they were not responsive.

Thankfully, we reached out to Steve Lord in New Hampshire, and he was absolutely terrific to work with—friendly, responsive, and very detail-oriented. He made sure we got exactly the chair we wanted, and it arrived perfectly. Even better, we had purchased the same chair in a different color about four years ago, and when we recently had an issue with the seat cushion and material, Steve handled everything and got us the warranty parts we needed to make it like new again.

“After my positive experience at this Cartridge World location I had absolutely no qualms with returning. During my last visit purchasing a new printer was discussed... Being that as I've aged I could be classified a miser - which may or may not be one of my strong points I've been in need for quite some time. But wanting to eke out every possible printing I just kept using what I had until the end of the road.... & today happened to be the absolute end of the road. So I made my way over. Entering I was greeted by the friendly & knowledgeable business owner. ALL COVID mandates & precautions are in place. The store is very clean & safe. Again discussing my needs he recommended a suitable one in stock. Let me add that for the assistance with his knowledge the price was definitely on point. I checked the big box stores online & there really wasn't any difference. But throwing in an extra Cartridge really sweetened the u hip deal! You definitely won't find that at any of the big box stores! He even said that if I had any trouble or issues setting it up to call & he will gladly be of assistance.. and I can guarantee that he was sincere & meant what he said.
