Sad to see this place go downhill in customer service….called corporate after my debit got declined due to exceeding my daily limit, despite being adequately funded. Corporate told me to call my local branch to increase my daily limit. It was late on a Friday when I called….manager prob had a tough day. She told me to call corporate as she could not do anything for me. We quibbled for a bit, before her telling me she would be happy to transfer my business to another bank. So we, and my 5 accounts at td bank, are looking for a new bank. Customer service is dead from middle management. Still some nice tellers at this bank, but not enough to be spoken to by a “manager,” so unprofessionally. If I could give zero stars, I would.

You should fix your hours for Saturday. Online says you're open from 9:00 to 1:00 and that's also what it says on your building. Sometimes people plan their day around the hours you have posted.

I had an appointment at 11:30 am today ..... Got there 5 min. early, they acknowledged me.... 6 or 7 min. later the teller said "they know you're here".... I waited till 11:50, then I left. The bank did not appear busy. I've always had a good experience with TD. I'll just go to other branches from now on...
