I walked into J.Crew Hanover looking for a suit for a wedding later this summer. From the moment I walked in Robert took great care of me and I left feeling feeling great about the suit Robert helped me pick out, not to mention with a few more items that they had on deep in-store discounts! I highly recommend stopping into this location if you are shopping for any J.Crew. Thank you again J.Crew Hanover for the help!

Great experience at this location: Kerry Mulherin was incredibly friendly and careful with his fashion advice, and I left feeling both 10 times more stylish and 5 times more confident in myself! An excellent experience and I'd recommend Kerry's expertise and this J Crew location to anyone.

What an absolute pleasure. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at J Crew, however, today’s experience was beyond my typical high expectation. Sales team member, Patrick, was accommodating, warm, patient, attentive and personable. He took such time selecting appropriate attire for my upcoming conference and even got me excited about clothing for other upcoming events of mine. Thank you, Patrick! I’ll be coming back more because of today’s impression. I feel like I’ll be very strong in my outfits for a very nerve-wracking week.

The two staff present were very polite and good about giving us space, which is not always the case when you are brown-skinned. The selection in this store is always great, but it has to be your style. They carry a very specific “look” which happens to be my type. The store feels slightly larger than other Jcrews, and you can spend a long time without realizing. One last thing, it is not a “budget” option, but they usually have excellent sales happening.

My favorite JC store by far. Staff is exceptional and always accommodating. The stock is comprehensive for men which isn’t always the case in JC stores. I purchase in store instead of online to support the shop. JC quality has come a long way.
