My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Wendie! It took us 2 years to find a house in the Upper Valley. We met Wendie over a year into our journey and she was determined to help find us a house. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process! She even taught us some tricks on what to look for when buying a house as a first time buyer. She truly wants to help her clients find a home that they will love and never pressures you to consider anything less than that. She is very easily reachable any day of the week and is incredibly sweet. My husband and I will be recommending her to all our friends and colleagues! Thank you Wendie!

Wendie was truly a pleasure to work with. She’s dedicated, professional, prompt and I could keep going. We would highly recommend Wendie to anyone in their home buying (or selling!) process.
We found Wendie as we were looking for an agent licensed both in NH and VT to expand our search area. She was both willing and accommodating when our search took us back and forth between the states and in a decently large geographic area. Bonus: With her guidance, we ended up closing on the first home we made an offer on with her! (Which is no small feat as it turns out).

Wendie did an amazing job helping us find our first home! The market in the Upper Valley is super competitive, so we were not sure we'd be able to find anything in our price range. Wendie was very encouraging, always responsive, and she was a wonderful guide for us. She always asked the questions we didn't know to ask, and she gave us great advice. She is a joy to be around in general, so she made viewing all the houses fun. She is very organized and we felt well taken care of in terms of communication and all the admin of home searching.
We will absolutely recommend Wendie to ant friends or family who are looking to sell or buy in the area. Thank you Wendie!

Because I was located in GA and the property I needed to sell was in NH, I relied 100 percent on Wendie's knowledge of the real estate market and her understanding of the property for all aspects of sale - from listing, to showing, to final requirements. She made the process almost effortless for me.The property was put on the market at the very beginning of the COVID pandemic, and we had no idea what changes would be taking place. Through the whole process, Wendie was up-beat, keeping the wheels turning, and keeping me apprised of how things looked from her perspective.Wendie was recommended to me, and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property. She makes everything easy to understand and provides all of the needed paperwork for review promptly, as needed, and gets it where it needs to go. Wendie helped us find the perfect home. We had a limited budget and some specific needs, but she was able to find the perfect fit for my family. This being our first home, I'm very grateful that we found a realtor that took the time to explain and help us through the process. We ended up having to deal with a difficult seller and a complicated closing, but we feel that having Wendie on our side made things go as smoothly as possible and got us the lowest price. We would highly recommend using Wendie as a realtor whether you are looking to buy or sell.
