“Last winter, Lavoie's helped me out in a pinch when I discovered I had a flat. It was -10⁰ out and it was 5:30am. I waited until they opened and they had it fixed in no time. This summer, my check engine light came on so I returned to investigate. They alerted me to an unrelated dire brake pad issue and pointed out prior shoddy work (I'd always taken my rig to a dealership for service). The check engine light was for a sensor. Once again, they fixed up my truck and delivered professional, over-and-above service ... and Eric is just a great guy. I think he's the best. I would sincerely recommend Lavoie's to anyone.”

They identified a failure mode during the multi point inspection and Nick was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what next steps should be. No pushiness to schedule or anything like that, just education on the issue, what is needed for the fix, and quoting what it would cost for them to do it. Always great finding a shop you can trust!”
