This first time experience was great. The prescription was ready to pickup, and the pharmacists were knowledgeable and gave me educational advice.

If you're going to change your policy from "walk-in" to "schedule in advance" (or vice-versa), you may want to consider informing customers via your text message capability. You're already using that platform to proactively reach out to customers for suggesting to get in for flu shots, reminding them of filled prescriptions, etc. It will avoid customers wasting time traveling into the pharmacy and then being denied services that they've been previously told to expect. Just a suggestion. Thanks.

There are issues at this location with prescription deliveries, causing significant wasted time and money for drivers.

Store often has random discounted goodies on top of their usual excellent steaks and burgers. For example I'm wearing the best winter hat I've ever had, and I fished it out a full cart of discounted items at Woodsville Shaws for $1.50. Open your eyes people. Wendy does suck however.

We came through late in the day looking for a 6-pack of PBR and some bottled water. It was 90 degrees out, we were hot and tired and just wanting to get some beer to sit in a river with. This Shaw's is tiny and dirty. The clientele were especially rough and menacing, and once again (like we get at every Shaw's!) stared at us like they had never seen a trans person in their lives. The thing that really struck us about all the cashiers is how miserable they all looked. After we checked out we walked past a gauntlet of three empty registers with cashiers lazily staring at us, knowing we didn't belong there. Silly us, we were happy to find a grocery store with a name we recognized- Mom and Pop places don't have corporate policies on discrimination and often aren't smart enough not to tell people to go to hell when they complain. That said, I never, ever have had a good experience at Shaw's. This was the smallest, the dirtiest, and the creepiest one I've been to yet, and I think this is largely determined by its location- Woodsville, New Hampshire.

This store only receives a two and it is solely out of convenience and being open on Thanksgiving. They usually have everything I need except on certain occasions. This location is dirty. It smells. And some of the employees are lacking good hygiene as well as a good attitude.
