“Karla is so friendly, and she will go above and beyond to assist you. Everyone in Newbury is very lucky to have her as our Post Office employee. Thank you for everything you do Karla.”
“In less than 1 hour, Bradford post office managed to answer my phone call, kindly gather all tracking & address info, locate a missing package, and have it redelivered to my door. So quick! On the first day back from a holiday weekend, no less!”
“Clerks are pleasant & helpful. They go that extra mile. When I had a broken ankle they delivered my mail directly to my front door. This was during covid as well. They did this for @ least 3 months. I appreciate all that they do!”

“Good local post office. Friendly staff and you almost never have to wait. Whatever bad reviews this post office has received are from people who have never actually had to wait in line at a busy post office! Also the hours clearly state the building is closed from 11am to 12:15pm. So if you show up during that time, say 12 noon, don’t expect to be let in! I almost never write google reviews, but this post office is getting a bad rap on Google for no good reason!”

“Our family has been working with this post office for 21 years and they are AWESOME. Coming from the city to up here, one big thing that's different is that you are FAMILY. They have called us when something didn't seem right and held things for us and have always been gracious and kind. Ed, Rob Tammy are the three amigos(haha)-who put a smile on our face. They are always there to help and we couldn't be more blessed”
