Our first time going here, and it sucked. When ordering I had to mention the type of bread three times to the person behind the counter. My son and my daughter picked the same drink, when talking to my son about the drinks we told him we would just have them scan hers (being his sister's drink) twice because he has issues with his items being scanned (sensory issue). The kid helping us rudely stated "I'm a boy." which we clearly knew, and we weren't talking to him by any means, not even looking at him. I would understand this mistake being made, and nicely asking to a customer "what was that?" or otherwise, but not getting rude about a conversation he overheard from a parent talking with their child.

Ordered a sandwich to go to eat in my hotel. The bun was totally dried out and basically inedible. Have to believe I was given an old bun.Ended up just eating the insides. Worst Subway sandwich I have ever had.

Went there Friday night for a quick sandwich. They only had 1 kind of bread and it was sitting out on the counter and had flies landing on it. Needless to say, we left and won't be back.

Lately every time I try to order here they are always out of ham, lettuce, white bread or mayo. It’s very inconvenient not to be able to order from the subway app to be called to say they are out of something you’re trying to order. I talked with Dustin, the manager about this, he recommended I call in my order to be sure they have what I want to order. Any how, I took Dustin’s advice and I have called in my order and now there phone isn’t working. My online order was cancelled that I placed on the app because they were out of ham. When I visited the subway in person, I was told the person on before them tried to call, clearly this isn’t true because I never received any call from them. Very disappointed as I used to be a regular customer but I have had too many problems trying to order at this subway I am done ordering here. Don’t waste your time, clearly this place is very frustrating and inconvenient to order from. I don’t understand how they are still in business. A matter of time they will lose enough customers to close their business. If they can’t afford to supply subs clearly they shouldn’t be in business.

I would give them a zero star if I could. Waited in line and got to be our turn and employee said oh I'm sorry we are out of vegetables, and I said I can see vegetables right across the room here you are in a Walmart Super store. He said, oh its not in our budget. Never again, put in a kiosk that someone knows how to run for gods sake.

This is the slowest subway I have ever been to. I've been here for 30 mins in line and they are still not done making my sandwich. When I first got here there was only 3 people ahead of me...I've been to other locations and I'm in and out in 5 to 10 minutes with 4 or more people ahead of me.

Went there last night and the gentleman that was working never acknowledge me as I approached the counter. I finally had to say something to him and he told me he was closed due to a big order and that he couldnt help me. I have never heard of a Subway closing cause they had a big order. I would have liked to have been told this as soon as he had seen me instead of ignoring me. This had happen before when I had to walk away cause of being ignored. Not a good Subway. I would not even give it a star but had too

This is located in Walmart in Woodsville. Can't believe a franchise owner allows their sandwich shop to be run this poorly. One worker who was kind, but he ran out all cold cuts except bacon and salami. No steak and cheese. Limited bread selection. Why isnt this place prepared to serve food as it is a food shop. People were turning away out of line $$. Waste if time and space. Never going back!!
