“Great gym owned by nice people (Josh and Sarah). Nice weight and cardio rooms with top notch equipment (much of which is new). Great bootcamp workouts for all fitness levels. Bootcamps are full of people who are just there to work hard, support one another and have some fun while getting a good muscle and cardio workout. Josh is a great trainer/owner who isn't just there to take your membership fees, he actually CARES if you show up to the gym and works to motivate you to do so. Check it out..... you might just get hooked on the workouts!!!”
