“I love the Orangetheory workout! The music, the coaches, the motivation. The fastest and most fun 60-minute workout I've ever done. Not only that, the coaches are great about giving any modifications for exercises when needed. It's nice to have them there to make sure I'm doing things right! Thanks OTF.”

“Dropped in 2X during a week long stay in the area. Great CF gym: lots of equipment and the space is very clean. Coaches Ian and Skye were great, I enjoyed both classes. Most definitely will drop in again when I am back in the area”

“Amazing Gym!
I dropped in for two sessions on a business trip and the group was super open and welcoming.
Workouts where great fun and the coach took extra time to walk me through a movement I had never done before.
Also during the workout the atmosphere was super encouraging and motivating for everyone.
Will definitely come back if I am in the region again!”

“The boat launch is great but the scenery along this stretch of water isn't the best. For about two miles you pass a lot of run down houses. After that it opens up and is beautiful.”

“As an active mom of three who loves hiking, running, and staying fit, I used to struggle with lower back pain and strains. I joined Capital Fitness to work with a trainer I trust—someone who could guide me in improving mobility, building strength, and preventing future injuries while supporting my long-term fitness goals.

From day one, I was impressed by the low-key, welcoming atmosphere, the cleanliness of the facility, and the convenience of 24-hour accessibility—perfect for a busy schedule.

Dustin’s expertise in mobility, functional strength, and injury prevention has been truly life-changing. He doesn’t just focus on the big muscle groups; he emphasizes strengthening the smaller, often-overlooked muscles that are essential for resiliency and overall performance. Thanks to his thoughtful programming and guidance, I’ve been injury-free for nine months and am now the strongest version of myself to date.

I feel confident, capable, and excited to keep pushing toward new goals. If you’re looking for a trainer who combines deep knowledge with a personalized approach, and a gym that feels welcoming and accessible, Capital Fitness and Dustin are the perfect choice!”

“My first real rock climbing gym, it's really cool there. Rock climbing does take some upper body strength and stamina but over all it's nice and kinda of affordable if you need rentals and stuff definitely a great starting point and the staff are talkitive and can be quite funny. They also have a small but full gym there and drinks plus fitness type snacks.”

“It's a great gym overall, as it's clean, has a variety of equipment, and good staff. The only downside is it can be a bit overcrowded at times, and challenging to find a locker, as nobody uses locks, so it's hard to tell what is actually available.”

“I signed up just shortly after they opened. They have consistently sought ways to improve the facility by adding equipment and features that clients are looking for.
I found all the equipment I needed to do my workouts in a clean, stress free environment. I like gyms that focus on professionalism along with positive environments and All Out provided that for me!”

“The staff at the Y is very friendly and well-informed when I have a question. They create a positive experience! I mainly use the facility for swimming, and they offer many times throughout the day for laps. On-brand: the lifeguards are always welcoming and encouraging.

The loss of a star is based on the capability of the building, as it is outdated. It feels like much of the spaces are shoe-horned into this old building. When comparing to other local Y’s, this one doesn’t have the same amenities. Much of this won’t be changed in the current facility, although I think they could add a sauna to the men’s room. I would like that.”
