Great used bookstore. Deep catalog and a ton of stuff you just can't find easily. Worth a day trip for book lovers.

An amazing place in both scale and meticulous organization. Two floors with meandering corridors of books of every age. The place truly has a life of its own. It would take a lifetime to go through all of the books. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. One of the most unique book stores I've ever been to.

Told we were not welcome with a medical alert dog. Very disappointing. They should consider some books on ADA law.

This is a fascinating book store to visit; an absolutely incredible collection of--literally--hundreds of thousands of books on every conceivable topic. Be prepared to spend some time here. For me, the most amazing thing about this store is that it's like a historical repository of books from at least the past 100 years. Want to find that trashy science-fiction book you read 40 years ago? Maybe a Nancy Drew book (or a dozen)? Hardy Boys, Tom Swift... It's likely there. Want a vintage set of the complete works of Charles Dickens? How about a 100 yo family bible as a conversation piece? It's there. Want to dive into books on a past presidential election? Biography? 100 year old issues of Scientific American? How about that interesting transdisciplinary book from 1997 you want so you can give a copy to a friend? It's all there.

This is one of my favorite places in New Hampshire. The couple keeping up this place are one of a kind and do such a wonderful job. Currently they are open only temporarily per the sogn on the door so please be patient if you happen to go by, you never know what people are going through.

Seriously one of the best used bookstores I've been to in New England. The type of place you could spend a whole day in, walking out with some exceptional finds.

This place is the best. Time doesn't exist here, and I end up getting lost for hours every time I visit ?

This is a wonderful barn. We could have spent the day. Great selection of all sorts of alphabetized books in book-shelved stacks. There is no inventory so be prepared to hunt.

I love old book stores and this one has some old books and plenty of them. All categorized and in many rooms. Very cool place. Been there for 47 year the owner told me. Very cool.

Wall to wall, floor to ceiling, books, books and more books! Probably a fire hazard, but so much fun. You'll get lost (no literally the place is a maze) in this wonderland of literature for hours on end. Every topic and subject imaginable. Come see!

You name the title, they probably have it. Prices are about half of the cover price, but some are less. I highly recommend it.
