I really enjoy shopping at this store! The manager is consistently very knowledgeable and helpful, and the staff are always friendly. Recently, I was searching for a very specific item and called ahead; the manager had it prepared up front, and they kindly offered to bring it to my car. The store is always clean, and they consistently have the best plants in town. Great store!

Buyer beware, they’re constantly having problems with their payment system, and they won’t refund your money when they screw it up. I had a $387 hold put on my card for a week and they ended up charging me three times for the same can of paint, The store acknowledges the mistake and still refuses to refund the overpayment. They charged me $167 for one $55.99 can of paint and refused to make it right.

As always a goodexperience shopping there. They have a great selection. I live kind of remotely so the service they provide. Is appreciated. This purchase was an online order for pick as my wife was in town. The order was filled quickly. Not only was I notified by text and email that the order was filled, I also received a phone call. Thought that was great. I received items exactly as ordered. I was able to take care of issue at home. Thank you as your always friendly and helpful attention carried thru to a online purchase.

I very seldom post reviews but I must say that I had such exceptional service today at the Hillsboro Aubuchon. Connor was very pleasant and helpful, and Joe showed me how to replace the blades in my Stanley knife.
