They have an excellent variety of car parts always on hand while other auto parts stores cannot compete with their warehouse size and often need things shipped to them which can delay your projects by days.

I called the Sanel auto parts to ask if they had the correct battery for my vehicle. I was told "Yes, there are two batteries that would work in your car" I got a jump and drove to the store shortly before closing and was told "no we do not have the battery you need. I can order it and have it in tomorrow" I had already shut off the vehicle, and it would not start. That no one offered to jump start me to get me back home is understandable, but to have called and been told that several batteries were available only to arrive and find there were none was a waste of my time and very frustrating.WHY DID I EVEN CALL???After reading your response: Nice try, I called and was told THERE WERE BATTERIES AVAILABLE IN THE STORE NOW. When I arrived, I was told there were NO BATTERIES that would fit my car. I didn’t care about the cost or type, I needed a battery immediately and was told NOTHING they had would fit. So, someone is lying…and it isn’t me. Great work NOT supporting a past customer. I would rather walk to Concord for a needed part than deal with the seemingly incompetent staff ever again. By the way, I stood in the rain, with all the windows on the car open (unable to close due to the dead battery) and was never offered a jump to help me out. Awful assistance compounded by lying about what actually went on with my call.

I needed brakes, caliper assembly and rotors, and I really needed to find them TODAY. I called up and they figured out exactly which parts I needed, had them in stock. They got them all ready for me, rolled them out to the car and loaded them in. What more could any person possibly ask for! Such excellent service! Thank you!

Was looking for a spare part, and the employees were very knowledgeable when I phoned them. I drove over and was shocked to see that NONE of the sales associates were wearing masks despite the state-wide mandate and us being at the height of the pandemic. ALL of the customers in the store wore masks. I turned around and found the same part on Amazon half price. Wasted an hour's drive. I'm not giving my money to people who obviously don't value my health. Please keep everyone safe.

I had to go into Sanel's today for some wiper blades. When I walked in all 3 employees were not wearing masks, didn't even have one near them. I was definitely wearing one as I'm an asthmatic and have lupus so if I get it I will end up in the hospital and that's not where I want to be. The one positive was one of the employees did put the windshield wiper on my truck for me which was very much appreciated.

Whats a great store with a great team. If they don't have the part they csn get it same day from their local warehouse. Us Boyz at New England Dieselz love this place. Forst stop for all our automotive needs. Keep on doing what you guys are doing!!!
