I have to say I have visited this store and I am happy with the customer service. I liked how at check out the cashiers helped and tried to save us money by telling us the different specials that are going on in the store. Everyone was super nice as well also when you first go in you will need to present your drivers license. This is like a super market for fireworks, everything is well organized with all the different types in different aisles. Also another word of advise you can also watch the video clips to see how each of the fireworks will display ounce they are fired off.

Great selection. Bit pricey and long wait in line, although it is 3 days until the 4th. Also, I got some amazing deals with coupons I got in the mail... 50% off all fireworks, and a few awesome prices almost 75% off!

The sales people are so amazing, they showed me all the coupons I could be using and showed me the best fireworks to get. Would've spent a lot more money if it wasn't for the coupons and being a member. I recommend here over any fireworks store any day of the week. They usually always have year round deals.

I've been a faithful customer for many years and have never had a dud that didn't ignite. The only reason for a one star demerit is the misleading brochure I got in the mail. It uses some questionable ad techniques, listing prices for things to which staff responded " oh, we don't have those." I thought this was pretty low rent of Phantom.

Phantom has some really great deals and even better selection. We usually go a week or 2 before the 4th of July and have never had to worry about low inventory. They also have a good military discount for those who have served.

Absolute beautiful display of fireworks in almost always they have an either buy one get one free on their fireworks or half off on their fireworks staff is very friendly and helpful
