The property is conveniently located, and the inn's restaurant, The Inn & Kitchen, provides an absolutely superb dining experience. The staff at Squam Lake Inn are described as wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, particularly the manager, Rachel, and the dining room staff member, Debbie. Guests appreciate the early morning coffee and treats, as well as the cozy blankets available on the porch for chilly nights. The linens and beds are very comfortable, and the entire inn is immaculately clean. Visitors consistently praise the delicious breakfasts and dinners served at the inn, with one guest calling it the "best dinner we've had in the area." Many guests have stayed at the inn for years and consider it their home away from home, while others who are new to the area find it to be the perfect fit for their short stays. Overall, the Squam Lake Inn is highly recommended for its warm hospitality, excellent dining, and comfortable accommodations.
What a lovely place near Squam Lake. Wonderful and friendly staff from the moment you arrive. The late night cookies were a nice touch! Breakfast was outstanding each day and one of the best dinners I have had in some time. The rooms were charming and quiet. Could not be more satisfied

The gardens are lovely. The Inn is cozy, warm and inviting. The Squam Lake decor makes you feel a part of the Squam Lake experience. Easy walk to the village. Friendly staff!
