Sent my w221 S550 in for a diagnosis and repairs due to no heat and lack of power. They quickly gave me a diagnosis and health check estimate the next day. They provided pictures and videos to see what was wrong with the vehichle, and even caught more problems that would cause more expensive repairs in the future. Once I aproved the estimate, it was fixed and ready the same day. Great customer service, Zach was very kind and team is very knowledgeable. Very quick and trustworthy service. I would 100% reccomend this shop for anybody with a Mercedes!

Great team here! I took my car in to have the camshaft adjuster replaced, which is a common issue with the W212, and they fixed it quickly. They also provided a free loaner while the work was being done. A few days later, I encountered another problem with my brake lines, and they didn’t hesitate to take care of it right away. Compared to other mechanics, these guys really make a difference!
Thanks to the whole team, especially Mike and Zach, for going above and beyond in every aspect!

Mike and his crew are the best! Talent, Integrity and superior customer service. I am a snowbird and they not only take care of my vintage Mercedes in NH, but have also guided techs in Florida on it. They have worked on my car and stored it for me in my absence, and are fair and transparent on pricing.
Their customer experience is quite a step up from the dealerships

I was in need of a mechanic for my Mercedes Sprinter and contacted Mtech Autowerks. They fit me in quickly and resolved my issues quickly and professionally. I received excellent service and communication as well as quick turnaround. The team was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem and the solution. They also completed a thorough inspection of my vehicle to make sure that all my systems were functioning properly. They are a cut above other service centers. As someone who has always maintained my own vehicles it’s great to have a service provider like them. I’m in my 70’s and don’t want to work on my vehicles anymore. I highly recommend them for your Mercedes vehicles.

Honestly, in short, they’re great!
They know Mercedes really well, you may pay a little bit more than an absolutely cheap mechanic shop, but you get a lot more. I think the extensive knowledge of the brand and its quirks, coupled with the fact that they really seem to be investing in the business, be that the big tooling needed for some jobs, the better client experience, etc., it makes it well worth it, and they still come in far cheaper than any Mercedes dealer would. They are also happy to work with aftermarket stuff. They also offer incredibly honest advice, I had a job lined up that would’ve required an engine swap where they could have made a lot of money. Instead, they just advocated I take the insurance check and walk away. That’s not in their immediate interests, but by the same token, it certainly generates a long-term customer, and advice I trust.

I recently had my car serviced at 603 MTech and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The mechanics clearly know their stuff and took the time to explain what needed to be done, giving me a detailed breakdown of the costs involved and let’s not forget they show you what is actually wrong.
Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they also checked other parts of my car and provided helpful recommendations without pressuring me into unnecessary services. I appreciate their honesty and transparency.
The shop was clean, organized, and well-managed, and it’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. I highly recommend 603 MTech to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place.
