Apple Cinemas Hooksett IMAX is a theater known for its great, comfy seating where each row is much higher than the one in front, ensuring an unobstructed view. The picture and sound quality is good, providing an amazing and pleasant experience for many who have been coming for years. Customer service can be amazing, with staff handling issues promptly and professionally. However, the place is frequently described as a mess and unclean. Common complaints include the theater not being cleaned from previous showings, with soda cups, empty candy wrappers, popcorn buckets, and spills left in the seats and aisles. The sticky floor may have missing tiles and the bathrooms can lack soap or toilet paper. There is very little staff presence. The building and entry glass are often messy. Additionally, the website is not clear about which movies are offered in IMAX, and the concession stand needs improvement as the popcorn is often stale from sitting all day. Sometimes there is junk or drippings on the screen during a movie, and the price is considered high.
Always a good experience at this theater. Many improvements with the building, always clean and well cared for. There's even a bar for the adults, who else has that ? My only complaint is that several of the recliners need replacing but I'm sure that's being addressed.

Friendly staff, super chill and you can fill your own bucket of popcorn! Definitely recommend this cinema to anyone :)
