If you’re looking for a good quality, used car and haven’t checked out Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett, you’re doing yourself a great disservice. I’m not too crazy about buying cars and working with dealerships, but this was the best experience I have ever had shopping for a car. It was actually fun! The service was outstanding, never felt pressured and got a great deal Im very happy with. I worked with Ben, who was likable and very efficient. John the owner is a great guy and he will make you feel right at home. Do yourself a favor and make this a must stop on your list when shopping for a vehicle, it truly is the real deal

Best car shopping experience. Every person in this dealership is so helpful and nice. I didn't feel intimidated going in there at all and I never once felt like they were pushing anything on me. When all other car places failed to be able to help me Danny was there and got me into my new car within 24 hours! Great price and a good rate. I will be recommending them to everyone now!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Danny. He came highly recommended by a friend, he had me on a test drive almost immediately. We went over some things with the car, I had one concern and it was fixed the next day. When I came back to make the purchase, the paperwork was prepared for me when and took under an hour. He's friendly, professional, and honest. He went over everything clearly and made the whole process of buying a used car so simple. If you want a great buying experience, go see Danny!

Do not buy from this place. Owner is a giant thief. Promises things and doesn't follow through once paperwork is signed. Do not buy!!!!! Owner has no integrity. I Should have gone to yelp and google reviews and BBB before buying front this horrible place.

Don't go anywhere else.After searching online for about 2 months I was finally able to find the time to make a day and go looking. With a 5 year old and a husband with a lot of medical issues that was hard to do. I left my home nauseous, worried, and very anxious.I looked and looked and searched online and went to a bigger place down the road after financing my first new car there. Everything I'd seen online wasn't there, was at a dealership shop, and wouldn't be back for weeks. I was pressured into picking and filling out the paperwork for something that I hadn't even seen. NOT HAPPENING, so we left.Went to Auto Wholesalers and can I just say thank God we went there. Ben was amazing. He came right out, told me everything I asked, in terms I understood! We had the keys and test drove within 10 minutes.I'd been looking to go from a sedan to a pickup which I thought was going to kill me payment wise, but I found the perfect Nissan frontier, just my size because I'm only 5 feet tall. Low miles, not exterior damage, frame great, interior that literally looks brand new. Unbelievable. I was sold.I told Ben what I wanted me payments to be and what I was putting down, Ben worked to get me the exact deal I needed to keep my payments at exactly what I wanted. He also somehow what I call magically, got me the best warranty that all my family were shocked at!While filling out the paperwork, my husband wasn't feeling well and my daughter was starting to get anxious, walking around, touching things, etc which was stressing us out. Ben talked to her, told her she could play and even let her play with the vintage cars on his.Add in that we were all chatting about unrelated stuff which was very helpful in easing my anxiety.Ben had multiple people in the office at the time, and he managed everyone beautifully. He was attentive to everyone, but still made me feel like I was important.I left with the vehicle I wanted, a guarantee that any work I wanted/need done I could go there, they'd get parts at their cost and install at real time not like other shops charging minimums. I cannot put into words how happy I am.As for Ben, I'll send everyone I know and I'll always go back to Ben. Thank you for everything, for getting me the perfect deal, thoroughly explaining everything to me and making sure I fully understood it. Thank you for the steal of a warranty, thank you for easing my anxiety, making this painless and no stress. Thank you being the best salesman all around.

Purchased a 2014 Audi for 23,000.00 on 1/22/23 . The day after (1/23 ) I got it home the starter went, they repaired it. It was fixed on wenesday Feb 1st 10 days) I had it towed by them back to me at my expense. Then I told them on Feb 8th about oil leak between engine and transmission was soaked and also vibration engine mount engine splash shield missing and issue with the steering tight and a noise. I returned the car to them to be fixed, ( Thursday Feb 15) was advised all the above was done. Both Ben (salesrep) and Brian ( service rep) are great, the GM not so happy with. It was fixed on Friday night Feb 24th, I picked it up on Saturday the 25th On Mar 8th oil light came on, I was told a complete oil change but the car took 5 qts of oil Humm. Now after 4 calls , the GM Kaitlin is going to handle this. She did finally return my call and promised that "THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS". Then on March 15th the TPMS went, the abs the steering issue returned. Kaitlin said well snow and cold perhaps happens to her car all the time. Also it was past the 30 day warranty and I had driven the car 866 mile. Guess the 19 days which they had it to be fixed the the 120 mile driving back and fourth to them don't count. Now I am told the car needs over 5,700.00 of work and that's just parts no labor. Still not a return call. I also at my cost fixed the TPMS, and ABS $990.00 Texted the sales rep Ben, to keep him in the loop. Every detail, text has been sent and I will forward the repair quote to them also. Honestly, I own a small business and as much as it hurts me to file a complaint but STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT. The alignment I was told was done was not, and the tires were sold to me bald but not visible, as the tread on both front tires was on the inside. The steering issue which was brought to their attention each time, and was told it was taken care of. This is not the case.Thanks

EDIT:as this company is trying to make my complaints seem irrelevant. I had my car less then two months from them. This should not be a issue of a engine blowing up, AGAIN less the two months after buying a car from this dealership.Beware this dealership deals in shady practices. Got a 2018 Kia Sorento from then that had a total engine failure and is going to cost about half of what my car is. Only had my car two months from them and they tell me there is nothing they can do. Do not buy from this dealership you will get no help from them.

We sold two vehicles to Auto Wholesalers on 8/15/2022. From the initial visit to get a price on the first vehicle, one more visit to get a price on the second vehicle and a final sell-off after our agreed-upon price, we were nothing by pleased with everyone we dealt with. We found everyone to be professional and we highly recommend this dealer.

If I could give John and his team at Auto wholesalers of Hooksett 100 stars, I would. This man changed my life simply out of the kindness of his heart and I didn’t even buy my car from him. Long story short, I bought a car at a different dealership, and there was a laundry list of issues that I was unaware of (after being told it was guaranteed to pass inspection). They fixed a few issues and when I came to pick it up I asked for them to buy the car back because it was not the car I payed for. They would not accept it back. That’s when I called auto wholesalers of Hooksett and spoke with John, and he offered to help me without a second thought. I brought the car in and found out that the car I bought was completely unsafe, unable to pass inspection (it did not even have the parts necessary to pass any inspection—all of which I was guaranteed). I’m just a young mom trying to make a living and provide a life for my kids, I don’t know much about cars. But what I do know is that when one dealership tried to completely take advantage of me, John stepped in. He went to bat for me, he had my back and he even stepped in with the other dealership when needed. He educated me on my rights and because of him I was able to get a full refund of $13,000 on my car. Instead of having $1000 left in my bank account and no car I now have the financial cushion I need to put myself and my family in a much safer, dependable situation. The fact that this man, a perfect stranger, helped me without a second thought has changed my life. If you’re looking for a dealership that will treat you like family, take care of you and your family as they would their own, and have you’re best interest at heart, go to auto wholesalers of Hooksett. John and his team will not disappoint, I promise you that!
