Wow, what an easy transaction buying a gun online and picking it up in store. It was a certain pew, pew that I was looking for which happened to be significantly cheaper at basspro. I’ve never bought a gun in a big box store, but would do it in a heartbeat again it was cheaper I got there at opening was in and out with an hour, I thought it was standard protocol in the state of New Hampshire to have multiple days In order to pick up a gun I’ve been duped by the Local gun shops bass pro was way more efficient!!!

In my opinion Bass Pro (Hooksett) has some of the worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Cabella's Scarborough and Berlin (which Bass Pro Owns) are the complete opposite. Not sure why. on MULTIPLE occasions at different times/shifts, I have called the gun counter and reloading dept as well as visited in-store and each and every person that I dealt with made it feel like they were doing you a favor to help you. Last night, I called Bass Pro and was directed to gun counter for help with Hornady One shot gun cleaner and lube. The person that answered the phone was not at all please to have fielded the call. I could hear him mumbling while he was searching for the product. I told him where in store and on what shelf was located as I frequent the store regularly. After 15 mins, I decided to hang up. Called and spoke to MOD "Jeff" that was not concerned at the way I was treated. I then called Cabella's Scarborough (a 50 minute drive for me from NH) and was directed to Tom that not only located the product while I was on the phone, but also took the time to bring it to the front end so it would be ready for pick-up when I arrived. Although the same owner, the two stores are culturally very different. (in looks and feel). If you are not happy with your job or your life, go find somewhere else to work or something else to do. Cabella's will be the only box store that I frequent from now on.

Store is clean and well organized. They need help over at the firearms department. I went in at 4pm, and atleast 40 people ahead of me in line with only two people working behind the counter. Walked around the store and I counted 15+ employees aimlessly wandering. Poor placement and usage of labor.

Customer Service non-existent.Sizing of their branded clothing very inconsistent, do not trust the labels!Call the store, you cannot reach a live person.This merger just one more example of a bad deal for the consumer.They try to sell a proud US theme yet their shelves are loaded with junk from everywhere else.

Had an amazing experience with this location. Every other I’d ever been to could never compare in; friendliness, knowledgeability, and customer service. I had the pleasure of having a AR lower delivered to this location. Not only did Ed and Zach help me get all the forms and papers signed, but was able to sell me on a club card with all the benefits. This is we’re I met Andy who was awesome with explaining everything about the card to me and had it printed on site. Never met a rep who was so friendly and helpful in making sure I was set up and ready to go! this Location earned a loyal customer and I can’t wait to go back!

I went for a new bow for hunting and Loren in archery was awesome! He helped me pick a bow get it set up and gave me advice and pointers to help me shoot better! Incredible experience! I recommend going to see Loren in the archery department.

I picked up a new bait caster, could not figure it out. Been using spinners my whole life. One day while there getting a battery for my Jon boat. I went over to the fishing area and reels.A young man helped me by getting one and showing me how to cast it and Not bird nest it ,he was so helpful.

I bought a kayak from here and the customer service was awesome. Jeff helped me get it on the roof of my car and gave me some much needed pointers on how to tie it down. All around great experience and will definitely recommend.
