It’s pretty amazing that they can replace a whole windshield in a couple of hours and do it with such skill. This is the place to go for this important kind of repair. I will never use a dealership for this again.”

“We found ourselves in the position of having to replace all 19 windows in the house we bought. Granite State Glass made an unfortunate situation go as smooth as possible. From start to finish, we had absolutely no issues. Chad came out to talk to us and measure the windows. We got 3 quotes, and Granite State Glass was not the cheapest but they were not much over the lowest quote, and the quality of the windows discussed and customer service were much better. Christine and Melissa made the transaction and scheduling very easy. I believe the person who called about dropping the trailer off is named Tyler. He was very nice. Matthew, Josh, Kyle, and Dave were the installation team, and Amy helped me with the final invoice. The windows look amazing. The guys were personable but not chatty. They worked hard and efficiently. The first day they came in was the day after a huge snowstorm and were respectful of our home and protected the floor in the entry from tracking in snow and dirt. I would have no reservations about using Granite State Glass again if needed.”

“They came to my house and replaced my windshield on the most frigid day without any issues. The technician called me when he got here and explained what he was doing and called me when he was done to explain what he had done. My only issue was he broke the bug guard on my hood and it took over a year to get reimbursed for it. No issues with my windshield though.”

“Brought my 4 month old Scrosstrek in for body work after an accident. The car itself is back to looking new and the people at the shop were great to work with. Despite it being done through the holidays, the people I dealt with were very accommodating and their process made for a very smooth experience. I dropped my car off, was handed the keys to a very nice rental on site and waited to hear back on the repairs being completed. The accident was just one more thing to deal with but they couldn't have made the process any easier. Thanks guys!”
