Haven’t colored my hair in a long time and decided try something new. Walked in 3 ladies standing at the front. I walked to the front counter and this heavy set lady who looked unkempt and frazzled disgustingly gave me an up down look. Now keep in mind I have a black eye from a boxing match the night before so I may have looked like what she is use to seeing on a daily basis (now we are on the Manchester line) I politely asked where their hair color is, to which she rudely responded “we have color everywhere” Now I had stuttered a little so maybe she thought I was on drugs so she handed me over to a nice lady younger color specialist and she was so polite helping me decide what route to go. A few mins in the “manager” came over and rudely interrupted and said she has another customer who had color related questions at the front, she made me feel rushed and un invited to the store. I finished shopping and headed to the front.Not even a “did you find everything you were looking for?” Make small talk I don’t care, she just said “phone number or name” as soon as I checked out the disgustingly looking women behind me got treated so much better and with a different tone in voice. I get it must be hard making slightly above minimum wage working in a dying location at the managers age I’m sure that’s all she can do, but I was desperate and didn’t want to drive on the other side of town. Won’t make that mistake again. Hopefully the DM of this location is smart and will get that miserable women out her location. One bad experience was all it took.

I was at the door at 8:00 a.m. ( I did not like being "that person"). I needed something for my 1st client at 9. The woman opened the door with a smile while talking to another customer on the phone. As soon as she could she was helping me and asking how I was. She was sooo friendly.. She made my day!!Thank you.

I Literally ONLY go here when I absolutely have no other options.. The Manager is ALWAYS miserable and the staff can NEVER be bothered. Extremely unprofessional

I find the staff always courteous and helpful in spite of what some of these people say in their reviews. I picked up an order today the colors were wrong, I don't have time to go back-and-forth, but I know that they're doing everything they can to accommodate their customers.. No invoice ,a totally different total deducted from my bank statement than what I was told ...It happens, I'm sure it was'nt deliberate...Ill get over it...Thanks Cosmo Orof for always doing your best!
