Please do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacist (Allison) is extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to ask about the status of my prescription which had not been filled in over a week and apparently she is annoyed by people asking for their medical needs and tells me “I have five other calls coming in so I don’t have time for this”…ok? You’re on the phone with me right now, so your attention is on me as a patient, the other people can leave a message if they need so. This morning I called again to ask follow up and she was so harsh and abrasive yet again and I told her I felt like she wasn’t treating me fairly and she literally said “I did not make you feel that way”…since when do you get to decide how you made someone feel? That is exactly how I feel and you do not get to tell me that I can or cannot feel a certain way. She has always been pleasant previously, so this was unexpected and I cannot imagine treating a customer this way. Please do some inner reflection and understand why you feel so hostile in life and leave that at the door when you come to work every day. I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging everyone to do the same. A formal complaint has been filed.

Really not impressed with this location. I went in 2 days after my prescription was called in after not hearing anything from them to see what was going on, and they didn't have it. It could have been ordered in the meantime, but I needed this medication and it was not here. If it wasn't possible to get it here, a call would have been helpful. You can call me to say that you got the order, but you can't call to tell me that you're making no effort to get the medication? Why do I have to go in in person to find out that you're not getting it? And now I get to drive 40 minutes to another Target to maybe get it? If you called me sooner, I would have preferred my doctor call in to any other pharmacy in HOOKSETT. My progesterone to help me to not miscarry. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. And I did have texting service set up, but thank you so much for acting like heroes "setting it up" for me. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. Completely unprofessional

The pharmacist himself was busy with a customer on the telephone, and the associate, a lady, was busy with another customer ahead of me. Neither had an opportunity to greet me, so your surgery on that part isn't adequate. You should have left a box for 'explanation' or other right after that "No, they did not greet me". If either had interrupted their present conversation to break off to speak with me, I would have thought negatively of both. Good Customer Service is taking care of the person, ALL the way, you are involved with, THEN, you move onto the next person. A hello may have been okay, however, for her, I was not in her line of sight nor his, to be fair, and that customers's husband, standing very close to the associate was pushing himself into the current conversation. She had. no opportunity to break off to greet me. .

The pharmacy staff here are amazing, especially Alainey (sorry for the spelling!). They customer service is outstanding and they are so friendly and seem like they actually care about the customers.

The girl at the drop off was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was a child. It is early morning and I was the only person there so she doesn't get the benefit of the doubt. Get some class!

The pharmacy staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable and always have my medications filled on time and they are the best at their jobs! I'm always on the go and every time my meds are ready in less than ten minutes!
