Beware of the cheap state inspection. They lure you in with that, fail you for one thing, and then somehow find or create a bunch of other problems with your car that didn’t exist before they “fixed” it. I went in for an oil leak and was quoted around $800 for a 4-hour job. The total ended up being double what they quoted and took over 24 hours. Not only that, but several issues have popped up in the month since, such as reduced engine power and sudden, severe grinding of my brakes, which I just had replaced earlier in the year. My car feels like a death trap right now and there’s nothing I can do because I just had to spend $1700 that I didn’t have. I’m giving them a star just because the staff was friendly and personable. They did drive me home after I waited in their lobby for 8 hours and was informed my car would need to be there overnight, which was nice of them. However I can’t, in good conscience, recommend anyone come here for extensive repairs.

Junior and the gang at this garage are just simply wonderful. I brought a used car in to get checked out that I was looking to buy from a nearby dealership. Thank God I did!!! They did a very thorough job and save me from making a huge mistake! This was going to be my 16 year old daughter's daily driver, it was illegally inspected and probably would have broken down before we got home. Everyone there was wonderful and very concerned, from the lady at the front desk, the mechanics who did the inspection, and those who are just appalled at the situation LOL. Five stars for sure!!!

We had two vehicles that needed inspections and Extra Care Auto came up. Amanda could not have been any more accommodating, efficient or pleasant. The process was so smooth and pleasant that the next day we brought our other car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. My husband also had a great experience. On a third day last week I brought my car back for oil change and tire rotation. Corey, one of the technicians, was able to drive me home so that I didn't have to wait. Super customer service. On a side note, the office is neat, clean and organized. A refreshing change. Kudos Extra Care Auto for a job well done

Dan, the customer service representative (CRS) I called was very accommodating to my request for my last minute NH state inspection at 11am on June 23, 2025 after returning from City of Manchester, Tax collector division saying I must get my NH state inspection completed by July 10, 2025 due date.
I googled search this morning and I discovered for those in the future this year 2025 who needs to renew your NH state inspection go here. They are the lowest for NH state inspection around town as other places I called charged up to $60 bucks or are dishonest about their fee like Adams Auto Care when the lady told me it's $49.95 but I stated I saw online their advertisement for $29.95. She stated you must mention that to get that promotion rate which it didn't say that.
Anyway, I wanted to share my fabulous and outstanding customer service phone skills as well in person skills Dan who portray exceptional professionalism. I waited for my car less than 1/2 wait time in their customer waiting lounge as they offer free wi-fi plus refreshments if you need them. Dan didn't rush on collecting my $14.95 NH state inspection right away until my car service was rendered and completed for the payment. I paid cash but I overheard Dan informing another patron if you pay with your credit card there will be a 3% transaction fee added on top of the invoice bill. Therefore, Dan fully communicated with his patrons which is what I really appreciate when going to get your car service. Kudos to Dan for professionally representing Extra Care Auto Repair. They exceeded my customer expectations here.
Anyone reading my review here, I highly recommend this location compared to Manchester location for your car service needs.

Love them!! Such sweet,easy going truly kind auto shop!! Friendly, helpful, informative!! Prompt! And very reasonable!!! Anyone shopping around for a new garage or a new mechanic this is definitely a place you should really consider checking out!!!!! You won't regret it!!

I would definitely be careful going here if something’s wrong with your brakes. There was an accident when I was getting an inspection (I lived in this car) causing $7,336 of damage, totaling the car. The owner, Junior, told me that he believed I was getting more with the settlement than what my car was worth. said he was going to charge me $100 for every day that my car was in the lot. I told him I couldn’t afford it, and he said that he knew I could because I was getting a settlement check. Until he said that I wouldn’t have left a review. completely out of line. edit: I told him I was going to sue him after he told me my car was not worth what I got, which is not his place to determine as his insurance themselves said. my car had brand new brake pads and a brand new caliper, and I let someone know the brakes went to the floor. if I had no brakes, how did I get it over there?

I live out of state and brought my mom’s car in for inspection and oil change. I had the Best care! They remember my mom and asked why I was bring car in. I am so glad my mom has a decent place to take her car and get honest, caring people that care about her.
