I recently had my car repaired here after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and very clear about what needed to be done. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible.
The quality of the repair was excellent—my car looks brand new again. The work was done efficiently, and the attention to detail really shows. I appreciated how organized and communicative they were, and I always felt like my vehicle was in good hands.

After a minor sideswipe, Crash Champions did a wonderful job on the repairs and my car looks brand new. The communication and updates from Lindsay at the front desk were great and very much appreciated! They made the whole process so easy, from dropping my car off, to contacting Enterprise to pick me up so I could get into a rental, and then when my car was ready to be picked up, I was able to leave the rental with them and they contacted Enterprise to pick it up. It couldn't have gone any smoother. I was highly impressed with the level of care and customer service they provided.

Crash Champions kept me informed of the repairs and was patient with my insurance company (USAA). Over all the customer service is great and they work well with Enterprise rental cars so I could leave my rental at their shop. They were flexible with my hectic hours and managed to get me a better price on a non-accident related item wich they installed worry free. Good company, I hope I dont need to use them again but, I would in a heartbeat.

From start to finish the staff was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive through the process. The front desk staff, estimator and even the detailing crew took time to speak with me and explain their process and drive in getting my cback to me in a timely manner. You could tell that their best interest really was in the customers happiness and satisfaction. I would recommend Hooksett Crash Champions overall.
