Prices are insane, I laugh when I flip an item over and see the prices.. they must be comparing to eBay on what people are selling items for. It's kind of a joke.Update still the most expensive goodwill I've ever been in

Sad to see this goodwill turn out this way. They think that they can sell things for above retail. They don’t even call themselves a thrift store anymore. They send a lot of things to their Goodwill Northern New England ebay store. Terrible. Handpicked is a joke

Pretty decent stuff at this goodwill. If you want good home decor, this is a great place. I wouldn’t say prices are affordable but I guess inflation hit everyone. I spent 6$ for a tea cup set and antique silver tray for 4$ which was a great deal. The store doesn’t have any furniture which was slightly disappointing and not great collection of clothes too. Definitely recommend this place for home decor though.

This store does not accept donations, sign is posted at the front door saying bring donations to Concord or Manchester.

Usually have no problem donating to this location, however when bringing up this art case/easel I was told to “Just throw it away,” and got my item pushed back at me when I went to hand it to the man working the center. When asking what the problem was, I was told rather rudely that this establishment is, “A STORE, and we need to make profit. Would YOU, buy this for $5??” My item is unprofitable yet I see many toys and stuffed animals covered in gunk and stains daily.

The experience of Goodwill bin shopping was a lot of fun. It can be a bit confusing if you're a newbie but you can find a lot of great deals. Just watch out for the workers. When they start pulling bins from the floor, everyone should get behind the lines until new carts are brought in. When the workers give the signal, GO GET THEM DEALS! Some people compare it to dumpster diving while others think of it as a treasure hunt. And don't forget to check out the regular store next door. Super clean and organized!

This goodwill store is great !!!! 90 percent of the staff is great very friendly and helpful. I go in the 3 maybe 4 times a wk. Some of the staff great me by name. Some of there prices are higher then I would expect. If I had one complaint it would be some of the prices besides that I recamend visiting the store.

The staff is very kind. I like to shop here, my only problem is the prices, some are absolutely ridiculous, considering this is meant for the less fortunate to shop.

During donation drop off an employee stood in the door and yelled across the parking lot at me and asked me do you have anything breakable. I said yes I do. She comes running over and yells at me and tells me I can't put stuff in there if it's breakable. But I didn't put anything in there that was breakable. Then she claimed she said did you put anything in there this breakable? Very different. Then she proceeded to make derogatory comments about me.
