I check in online with 45 minute wait time and get there 35 minutes later and have a 60 minute wait time. Is this a time zone issue????

I walked in with my daughter and had immediate content to teach her how not to treat a customer. We were shamed for not knowing how to sign in online and told we would have to “wait at least 45 min or maybe not - ha ha”. We left and found a salon where our business was important and we felt valued as a customer. Don’t waste your time here.

Great clips great hair cut and nice workers who care about your looks. Find the right person to cut your hair and stick with them.

I'm not typically a haircut guy, but my visit here was very good. Got a good clean fade just like I asked for in a very short frame time also. I think it was maybe 15 minutes from in the door to back on the road.

A Fantastic Experience with Cindy at Great Clips!
I had the pleasure of visiting Cindy at Great Clips for a bang trim and blowout before a night out with friends, and she absolutely nailed it! Cindy has an incredible eye for detail—she knew exactly how to shape my bangs to frame my face just right and gave me the perfect blowout that added volume and shine.
Cindy was warm, friendly, and attentive. I left the salon feeling confident and ready for a fun night out. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be returning to Cindy for my future trims and blowouts! Thank you, Cindy, for making me feel fabulous!

Normally Great Clips is a perfectly fine place to get a decent haircut but this location was terrible.
I came in a bit late with my boys on a Tuesday night and was clear that it was fine if I couldn't get a cut but I just wanted the two of them to get haircuts. We had checked in online.
The Stylist was audibly, annoyedly sighing and complaining about having to input my son's names in the online check-in.
It was rude enough that I opted to skip all the cuts and just walk out. There were only two women on due to the late hour so it should be easy to see who was there on Wednesday the 1st and who lost you end of the day business.
