“I visit often for craft items. I go when items I need are on sale or my kid is in a Magic tournament across the way at Diversity. It's overpriced for most things. Sales tend to be decent. The franchise itself needs an upgrade. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”

“This is an amazing florist that I try to visit every time I'm in Concord. Most notable is that the florist has a large walk-in cooler where you can build your own bouquets. The flower selection is always fresh, with a wide array of staples and seasonal choices. The prices are quite modest for such an outstanding service and I routinely make full bouquets for $30-40 that last for 7-10 days in full bloom.”

“Hobby Lobby is great. This time the shelves were pretty empty especially in the toy aisle. Workers aren't the friendliest. They could be smiling and happier. I love that you can usually find what your looking for. No teachers discount here.”
“We recently moved to the area and were very excited to find Endicott Furniture in Concord. The staff is excellent to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Richard. We purchased a beautiful dining set and bedroom dressers. There were some delays due to Covid and supply chain issues, but the office manager Mary was so wonderful to work with. She updated us regularly and was always eager to help. The store owner Eric was always present in the store. Great family-owned business! The delivery team was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.”
“Went in to get transfer paper thought I could find it on my own but nope I couldn't find it and was too stubborn to ask for help this lady worker came up and said I looked frustrated and I was. I said do you know if you have transfer paper or not she brought me right to it politeness does wonders.. I love this place I get most of my drawing stuff there”

“After having a not so great experience with our previous couch, I am very happy with the new couch that was delivered. Cindy in Bedford took the time to listen to me and didn’t waste our time showing me couches that wouldn’t fit within the specifics that I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know off the top of her head (which wasn’t much) she quickly looked up for me. I feel like with Cindy’s help I was able to find the perfect couch for my family. Our delivery experience was also wonderful. Jorge from JB Hunt was friendly, efficient and tidy. I didn’t feel rushed by him at all and he made sure I was happy with the couch and with the placement. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I’m so happy I chose to go with Boston Interiors again. The quality and professionalism is unmatched on every level.”
