I definitely prefer The Home Depot over the competition. I have noticed that they have jammed the front main isle with products, making it nearly impossible to navigate a cart through. I'm sure it's in an effort to steer you through the whole store, but it's inconvenient, to say the least. I will still always choose The Home Depot for price, product selection, and availability.

Bought a welder from there 3 weeks later it stopped working I tried to return it they said I needed a receipt so I called up ahead of time because I live in Vermont and the manager said yep we can look it up I told him the time the date which register how much it was and everything and he said yep come on down so the next day I drove down there 4 hours to not only get denied on my return but also corporate which I had to call to get involved said that they would call me back the next day and figure something out. They never did. Still have a broken welder. The employees there were very rude management was very unprofessional and also corporate didn't do a damn thing. I will never buy anything from that home Depot ever again

The manager Tyler…useless, rude and no sense of customer service. 4th broken item and he has no sense of urgency to help or assist…thanks for nothing.

Great store with mostly great employees. The paint department is awesome and so is electrical, their plants are hit or miss. They get heat stressed and then it's all over. I do wish sometimes that they had just maybe one more cashier? And maybe more help in general the store seems like a ghost-town.

I wanted to give a note of thanks to store associate, Davis, who helped load our new patio table and chairs into our SUV today. My wife and I bought this set of table and six chairs that came in two huge boxes. Davis was walking through the parking lot back to the store after helping someone else with their heavy items. He stopped at our truck to ask if we needed help. He didn't have to do that and received a call on his radio to help someone else out while he was helping us. He let his supervisor know that he would be ready in a couple of minutes. Even while it was raining, Davis helped us load the truck and get us on our way. He is a good example of dedicated employees that should be celebrated more often. Thank you Davis!

Been calling 30 mins and no one will answer phone. When they do they transfer me and hang up. Very unprofessional. I don’t want to drive there without knowing if something is in stock but clearly they won’t be getting my business.

It's a home depot. They have rentals here. Irritated the 2" x 2' garden stakes are on the complete opposite end of the store though.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good selection in gardening department. Huge warehouse-style store is also good for walking exercise on a rainy day. There's something oddly comforting about just hanging out at Home Depot lol.
