I had a storage unit at Hooksett self storage for a couple years until recently! they have been amazing and will continue to recommend them and if I need a unit I will call them in the future!

I my wife and I had a storage unit , we gave the lady a couple and a month in advance before leaving , we left before the month rental was over , we still had 21 days in our contract and never got a refund , filed a complaint with the state attorney and never got any response and she kept the remainder of our money

Nice, clean, secure outdoor storage facility. Have been customers for 8 years and everything has stayed safe and dry. Only challenge has been their recent 80% rate hike which pushed a "reasonable" range into the make-as-much-money-as-you-can-now range. It's really a shame. A needed service provided by nice folks with very few employees and the facility has paid for itself years ago. Why the huge hike?

It's a fine storage place.Of course you store stuff you rarely use, or don't need at all. Ultimately paying more to store the stuff than the stuff is worth.

I have been waiting six weeks for my deposit. That is theft so I will be contacting the Attorney General's office. They noticed my unit was empty so closed my account when I still had two weeks remaining - and no, they don't pro-rate charges even though they may have rented it to someone else when I still had two weeks remaining! Non existent customer service. Told me that would get back to me and did not.
