I came in yesterday for a gel overlay over my natural nails. Hanna did a good job walking me through the process as I’m on a natural nail care journey and I’m new to the process. However, after explaining to her that I wanted a design, there seemed to be a bit of confusion and she seemed annoyed that I wanted to reference a picture as inspiration at one point. Regardless, I got what I wanted but the paint job seems a bit sloppy and rushed. As you can see the white seeped into the clear a bit and in some nails you can see the polish I had on my nails when I initially came to the shop. I had to file my nails to my desired shape and the price seemed to be very high for someone just getting an overlay. I mean $75 for this? Unfortunately, I will not be visiting again.

I have been going to see Hanna for almost three years now. She is the best. Great job every time & she always makes time to fit me in because she knows how important my nails are to me! My mother goes to her as well & is always satisfied with her nails. So glad I found her when we moved up here!

Went to go for a full set and had this older geltelman . I showed him my inspo photo and the nails I wanted included a design and the nails he did were plain yellow and the paint and acrylic was so bumpy and the edges were so ridgid and crooked. Took him over two hours for this actually atrocious set and he only gave me $20 off when I complained.

the guy took at least a hour on them without adding color and once he added color he didnt ask to look at my inspo pictures again and completely messed them up. the second picture being my inspo. this girl walked by me and showed me hers and they tooked amazing. they look like press ons and he did the completely wrong design.

I am always thrilled to have my nails done by Kara! She spends time on the details and the shape of my nails is flawless. I recently went way over my norm and was still getting compliments (and they were terribly overgrown but still looked fabulous). She recently used a treatment that has strengthened my nails and I’ve been able to keep my own nails from breaking (yeah, no more tips!!)
