“I really like Barons alot. I have bought several appliances and a few weeks ago one of my machines was not working properly. Barron's offered to replace the machine, however, I was going to have to purchase a new warranty with the new machine coming. I was not happy with that idea and I made it clear. Today I got a phone call from the Concord manager and they are going to still replace my machine and let me keep my warranty. I think that's pretty good. There aren't many businesses out there that will go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I am very impressed and I will now continue to use Barons for all of my appliance needs. I'm really happy about this.”
“Timothy was great me and my girlfriend have been shopping mattresses and we went in this last Tuesday night and we were trying out all the beds and Timothy was great through out the whole process he was not pushy or car salesman tactics or any thing like that, he just genuinely wants to help people get into a better sleeping situation and does all he can to help you no matter your finances he does his best to help couldn’t recommend more!”

“We recently moved to the area and were very excited to find Endicott Furniture in Concord. The staff is excellent to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Richard. We purchased a beautiful dining set and bedroom dressers. There were some delays due to Covid and supply chain issues, but the office manager Mary was so wonderful to work with. She updated us regularly and was always eager to help. The store owner Eric was always present in the store. Great family-owned business! The delivery team was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.”

“After having a not so great experience with our previous couch, I am very happy with the new couch that was delivered. Cindy in Bedford took the time to listen to me and didn’t waste our time showing me couches that wouldn’t fit within the specifics that I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know off the top of her head (which wasn’t much) she quickly looked up for me. I feel like with Cindy’s help I was able to find the perfect couch for my family. Our delivery experience was also wonderful. Jorge from JB Hunt was friendly, efficient and tidy. I didn’t feel rushed by him at all and he made sure I was happy with the couch and with the placement. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I’m so happy I chose to go with Boston Interiors again. The quality and professionalism is unmatched on every level.”

“Everyone in the store very friendly not pushie. But i bought a recliner what do USB port to charge your phone I would never buy another one again, I have had the couch for going on 3 yrs and I've had to call 5 times and I might have to call again, about USB port.”
