“I enjoy skateboarding and walking a lot, and Vans are one of my favorite brands of shoes. Went into the store and found two awesome pairs of new/old school kicks, great sale prices. Friendly and helpful employees. I feel like the shoelaces could be a little longer. Pins are my own art...but I did see they sold a pair with pins on them as well.”

“Great place to shop! Did everyone know you can now return most items to each of the TJX/Marshall's stores? As long as each sells similar products (for ex: cannot return MEN'S shoes to TJX, as TJX does not sell men's shoes).”
“My daughter’s father and I popped into the store to look for some specific items our daughter wanted for Christmas. We were unfamiliar with the characters of the show she likes however the employee working was extremely helpful in finding what we were looking for. I cannot remember the persons name, I want to say it was Tallia, either way, they helped us find the section of the store that had all the “One Piece” characters and we found something we think she’ll like. Kudos to the employee working at the Manchester NH location on 11/4/25 during the day shift.”
“Staff went out of their way to order 4 pairs of sneakers during a very busy back to school weekend. Granted it was a large sale, but they really were going over and above to expedite everyone's shopping and all with a smile.”
“I don’t give too many reviews. However, this one is going out there… shut out to Gina!I came in to exchange an item. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange.She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Gina and her staff definitely make it easy and pleasant for customers. Thank you!”

“Helpful and friendly staff.Update: call ahead for confirmation of store hours. For example, I went in to pick up an order on 9/11/21. I arrived at 11:20 the posted store hours are 11:00-7:00. The store was closed and no signage advertising closed for [memorial]. This was also something that happened in December 2020 during the holiday season. In December I had to decline my overseas order and return it.”
“I was in Concord exploring the downtown and came across Britches of Concord. Beautiful and high quality clothing for women. Amazing customer service - I actually forgot my sunglasses and they tracked me down at a restaurant to return them. I will be back!”
“A lot of fun choices. Quality for some items are so so but prices reflects that so fair enough. Also bc pre-teens and teenagers frequent the store and their style and or sizes often change more than older adults it is what it is...perfect for the situation.”
“I use to shop at this store when I was a teenager and I kinda still do till this very day. I like the clothes they have here but some clothes are expensive sometimes they do have sales on their clothes . But anyways they have the left side is for men or boys and the right side of this store is for girls or woman. The staff here are nice and friendly people. The floors are clean and yes they do have dressing or fitting rooms here as well. This place is inside the Manchester new Hampshire mall.”

“I had a fantastic experience in Tilly’s yesterday thanks to Hannah. She was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in until the time I left. She helped me with the jeans and sizing (we were about the same size, so that helped!) They didn’t have one of the pairs in stock, so ordered the other online for me so I could still get the deal. I felt so welcomed and valued, and Hannah was so fantastic at her job! I work in another store in the mall and it was great to see those in other places being so great at their jobs! “Granddaughter tried on 10-12 dresses prior to finalizing her decision. Everyone was fine with it. Store was relatively neat... To er too many items per rack. Hard to sort through and view or select something on the racks.”
“If you have ever been to one, know that I have never been in one that wasn't dark and crowded with stuff. Just like this one. The place has novel and irreverent gifts as well as pop cultured themed clothing and gifts (like Star trek), occult items, scents, oils and body jewelry”
“They have low prices and a great clearance section. Aeropostale is always up to date with the latest fashion trends. I got baggy corduroy pants there for only $12. I come here often with friends to get matching clothing for events. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!”

She seemed very experienced, very knowledgeable in the field, super polite/friendly, and she took so much time just to find me the right shade of my foundation in the Fenth Beauty Pro Filtr line. She was in absolutely no rush and even gave me samples to try at home. I have her to thank (as well as RiRi) for finally finding me the exact shade of my foundation after years of off-shades.”
