“I tried to find the young man Irfen the other day but the woman I asked said there was nobody by that name so maybe I said it wrong or she was just being protective lol but I just wanted to say thank you to him for helping me a few weeks back he was so kind and helpful when I asked where some clothing was that I couldn’t find and reallyade my day so thank you to the handsome young man Irfen. He also has such a….. great voice lol he’s so nice I hope you guys keep him.”

“Every suit my husband and family has gotten has been from here. It is a great store with a nice mom and pop feel and staff that take time to work with you to ensure you are satisfied with what you purchase. We always prefer to go here over some of the larger, chain stores where you feel rushed to make a purchase.”

“I enjoy skateboarding and walking a lot, and Vans are one of my favorite brands of shoes. Went into the store and found two awesome pairs of new/old school kicks, great sale prices. Friendly and helpful employees. I feel like the shoelaces could be a little longer. Pins are my own art...but I did see they sold a pair with pins on them as well.”

“I have had an amazing experience with this store over the last week or so! I went in on Saturday as I wanted to look at their Scream merch and as soon I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by an employee who asked if they could help me find anything. I asked her where their Scream stuff was and she happily showed me. To add on to that they had a great selection of Scream merch to pick from as well. Every employee I passed asked me if they could help me or if I needed help finding anything; they were all amazing. They had a pair of pajama pants that I wanted that were sold out in my size so I asked at the counter if I could order them. The cashier happily ordered them for me. I was still looking so I ordered the pants and kept walking around. The store was well stocked and clean (as a plus size girly even the 2x and some 3x’s were well stocked!) I ended up leaving with more merchandise than I would like to admit to buying at one time lol

Jump to today, I had never gotten an email for my pajama pants so I went on the website to see if I could find a confirmation, but there wasn't one so I had to call the store. Well, the sweetest person answered the phone and was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond for me. They got me the order confirmation number and even said they'd keep an eye out in the store in case anything showed up there.

Overall I had a great experience with this location and I highly recommend.

“We had a great experience getting suits for our wedding. When we came in, they were busy and recommended we put our name down for an appointment. They said it would be around 45 minutes but got to us in about 15.

Ashley was helpful, attentive, and patient. She never rushed us and made sure the sizing was accurate. She also went out of her way to track down a specific tie I was looking for. I recommend making an appointment before going to ensure they have time to help you.”

“It's very rare that I make it to the mall of New Hampshire being that I live over an hour away up north in the lakes region today I was welcomed and greeted with such a friendly demeanor that it was overwhelmingly refreshing to receive that I couldn't stop smiling before my purchase and after my purchase!!

Not only did I go in there and got exactly what I wanted, but it was so awesome being able to be helped and taking care of so swiftly with such kindness and professionalism.

“Helpful and friendly staff.Update: call ahead for confirmation of store hours. For example, I went in to pick up an order on 9/11/21. I arrived at 11:20 the posted store hours are 11:00-7:00. The store was closed and no signage advertising closed for [memorial]. This was also something that happened in December 2020 during the holiday season. In December I had to decline my overseas order and return it.”

“I was disappointed as I called the store ahead of time to check if they have the gown in the size that I needed. The lady on the phone was very helpful and said that they do have it in store. I went to Macy’s at the Mall Of New Hampshire branch and once I got to the dress department they did not have size I requested for the gown I needed. Tina tried her best to locate the gown in the size I needed, but unfortunately their stock info on the computer did not match the availability of the gown. Although I did not find the gown,Tina helped me checked at Macy’s Nashua if they have the gown. I was able to get it at the Nashua branch. Although I was disappointed, Tina made it right for me.

On another note, the extension no. for the dress section does not work! Macy’s need to update it!”

“The store is very well kept, organized and clean. Unlike the Nashua store, this location was pristine, no stock carts in the middle of the aisles with items falling off, no shelves looking like a whirlwind had hit them. No racks with more clothes on the floor then on the rack. Everything was in its place and it was easy to shop. The only negative I have is the fact that nothing I wanted was available in the size I needed but in all fairness, that is at a lot of stores. Nina, one of the managers at the store, offered her assistance and listened patiently and respectfully while I commented on the lack of availability of my size and how frustrating that was. She offered some suggestions about online ordering and how to get free shipping and was just all around very nice. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to shop this location over the Nashua one which always looks like a tornado went through it.”

“I use to shop at this store when I was a teenager and I kinda still do till this very day. I like the clothes they have here but some clothes are expensive sometimes they do have sales on their clothes . But anyways they have the left side is for men or boys and the right side of this store is for girls or woman. The staff here are nice and friendly people. The floors are clean and yes they do have dressing or fitting rooms here as well. This place is inside the Manchester new Hampshire mall.”

Reagan was so helpful and sweet. She helped me find two more blazers—one pink and one light blue—and was very attentive to detail. I’ll definitely be back again because of her!”
