We used Northeast Record Retention for a large shredding project, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was responsive, professional, and efficient.
Becki was absolutely wonderful to work with — she handled all of the scheduling and logistics seamlessly and kept us informed every step of the way. The drivers and crew were equally fantastic: on time, courteous, and extremely efficient. They made what could have been a stressful process smooth and easy for everyone involved.
I highly recommend NeRR to anyone looking for secure, reliable document shredding services. We’ll absolutely be working with them again in the future!

I used this company for my shredding needs and they were great. The communication throughout the process was excellent and they picked my stuff of within 1 week of me calling them. I can't say enough. I would highly recommend them and they are reasonably priced.

We cant praise this company enough. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and with a complex request to be fulfilled 3 days later, and they were able to accommodate us. The guys were great! We were so impressed as to how quick they were done in both locations. They were friendly and helpful. I would refer this company to anyone. It was a great experience!

Thrilled with the mobile shredding service. Mackenzie was great to work with setting up an appt. The team showed up to our office, brought all of our files down from the 2nd floor, and shredded them right on site in their truck. Very reasonably priced. Will absolutely be use this company again in the future. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Northeast Record Retention. I worked with Mack, and she provided excellent customer service that included timely responses to my emails and clear communication. When my shred bins were being delivered, the driver called me to let me know when he was coming, and when the bins were being picked up, I was again contacted. I would use this company again and do highly recommend them! :)
