The kids enjoy coming inside and seeing all the cute animals when we need to buy dog food. Like a mini zoo! The staff is always nice.

I always loved reptiles and finslly came to a big decision - getting one. This store was my choice to go to. Sadly, the team members were not friendly (not all of them), and let me describe how. I asked a guy to help me hold a chameleon, but he was new there, so he brought an older lady to me. I asked her to hold a chameleon, since both me and my family love them. She asked me if I would buy it the same day. I replied, saying that I am still picking out a reptile, so I need some time to think on it, and I would not be able to buy it the same day. She said "Come back the same day you're ready to buy it." Which is, in my opinion, not okay, since i want to see if i like the way that it is acting and just generally behaving. She also told me that Bearded Dragons were like "Scaly Dogs", meaning that they are friendly and love to be played with, and held. I asked her to tell me more about it, and maybe i could hold it? Her reply was a no. She said that they don't like to be held and get anxiety. Okay, I understand that they might get a little nervous, but she said that they are friendly and love to be held? I was honestly unsatisfied with my visit here, and I hope that they can help their visitors better. Lastly, I am NOT saying all Petcos are like that, this store is the one i had problems with.

After sending multiple reminders and having me complete information online, telling me I had to cancel my VetCo appointment 48 hrs in advance, and then telling me to be there 10 mins early for a 5 minute appointment, they canceled the VetCo clinic the DAY OF!
Scrambling to find a different way to get my babies their needed (and legally required) vaccinations! NOT RECOMMENDED

I like the store but wish the aisles were a little wider sometimes there is product blocking the aisle? Lots of live animals, rats guinea pigs, birds, snakes, fish...
Handicap accessible and automatic doors as well as a huge parking lot.
And they have 99.9 dust free kitty litter arm and hammer
