I own a sauna studio in Hudson and these guys are amazing! Love Dave and his crew. We had a stressful time with our 10 glass sauna doors and these guys are the only ones that could fix them. They guarantee their work and are very good at what they do. Thank you!

Great service and fast replacement of my windshield. Courteous staff greeted me upon arrival and provided a complete description of the process, especially the recalibration of the safety features built into the equipment just behind the windshield.

Tried using Safelite first. Got an appointment. Tried to contact them and never able to speak to a human.
Called Portland and a person actually answered the phone.
Made an appointment at the Hooksett NH office.
Service was great, they even contacted my insurance company and got all the required info from them.
Everyone there was great.

From our first contact with Dave and Renee in the Hooksett shop, to Dave’s measurements and quote, to the installation by Scott, Aaron and Zaid, this was an exceptional experience! Dave supplied enough information for us to make an informed decision about the thickness of our shower glass, the type of glass, and the coatings. He walked us through the hardware choices to ensure it matched our faucets and other hardware. Aaron and Scott appeared on time as promised by Renee, fully explained the installation process for our two large showers, and didn’t mind us watching as they worked. Scott and Aaron noticed a mirror we ordered on the fly was the wrong size and proportion and quickly supplied an alternative solution, rather than installing something that wasn’t going to work at all. Zaid cleaned everything and made sure our glass was smudge free. We are very happy with our shower glass and the service provided by Dave, Renee, Scott, Aaron, and Zaid!

Today Aaron & Zaid came to my rental to install a glass panel and they did a fantastic job! They explained the process completely, vacuumed up their mess and washed the glass before they left. We had a broken screen corner repaired by them in & the wrong kind of screen was put in, but they happily took it back and said they’d drop it off when they could.They were incredibly polite and respectful of my newly painted and renovated place, that was so important to me. They complimented the renovation and told me we had done a really nice job. I could not be happier with the job these two men did. These two gentlemen are an asset to Portland Glass! I would happily hire Portland Glass again to do a job for me, thank you to everyone over there!
One more thing, Dave, the manager saved the day for me because I didn’t know how we were going to make the shower work, he was amazing! The lady in the office, although I can’t recall her name was so helpful to me and scheduled me when I was in a scheduling deadline, she was an angel! ❤️
