Bought a truck for 17k with 85k miles , after 3 months issue after issue I realized the bed was rotting and was covered up by after market fender flares , transmission wasn't shifting smooth all the time , check engine light for multiple sensors , water damage due to a hole in the roof , found that out when I went in the back seat to grab some tools and there was a 4 inch puddle under neath the seat . After market side rail covers to hide rust , that arnt even the correct size for this truck and so many more issues to list .

This company has a great line of product and sticks to their word and doesn’t try to upsell you on anything. They really offer top-of-the-line service. I would recommend them to anyone. Mason did a wonderful job and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future

Let me start it off by saying this; If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted, all I knew was my budget. The sales people here are wonderful, both Nickole and Mason did such a great job helping me find the perfect car for myself. Not only are they super helpful but their prices are the best around. I could not find a better deal anywhere else. I do highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for a reliable car for a great price. I bought my Subaru about six months ago from them and have not run into a single issue. Wonderful job by these guys, they are doing it right over there.

Bought a 2016 Chevy equinox not even a year ago had it for 10 months motor blew and not fixable save your money go somewhere else! They don’t care to fix things and even under warranty they’ll charge you!

My husband and I have been using Premier Auto at 1180 Hooksett Rd., Hooksett, NH for a year or so. We own two vehicles. We cannot say enough about the service and people who own the business and work there. Everyone is courteous and attentive. They communicate with you during the repair process so that you know what is going on. The repairs bills are always fairly priced. We would not hesitate to recommend Premier Auto for your auto repair needs.

Back at the end of 2024 and early 2025 my three sons all found deals on some really good used cars in their price range here. As multi car shoppers they gave us some additional discounts and offered us some discounted maintenance work as well. Gu assisted my oldest son in finding financing.
In early November 2025 my younger son’s Hyundai that he had for almost a full year with no issues had a major engine issue where the barring rod went and mixed the oil with the coolant. The nearby garage that I took it to said it would require an entire new motor. I went to speak to Gu because he is always helpful with suggestions and I am very happy that I did. He did some research and found a recall/class action suite with Hyundai for cars in that year range and a barring rod issue. He recommended I have Hyundai check it out and said he would talk to someone there if I needed assistance. Long story, short, Hyundai gave us a brand new motor and radiator installed free of charge.
