Always great service at premier. The service and customer service is always top tier with whatever your needs are. Have been going for a couple years now for service and never any complaints. Yanet and the rest of the team are attentive and knowledgeable. They have great vehicles at a good price. Highly recommended in all aspects. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

My son bought his first car at "Premier" Auto, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra in September 2023. They wouldn't let us take it to our mechanic to evaluate the car which should have been our first warning. As he drove it home the car was pulling to the right only to find out that a front tire wasn't even filled properly at the time of sale. A month later he took it into the garage to discover that the catalytic converter was shot in addition to other leaks in the exhaust system. He also ended up having to purchase a couple of new tires since the leak couldn't be fixed and it wouldn't pass inspection. He bought the car for $5500 and within a month had to invest another $3000. Nine months later the car was dragging and he pulled into the nearest service station. Come to find out the engine was shot! It was going to cost over $5000 to replace it and that would have been with another crappy used Hyundai engine. He decided to cut his losses and sold his $8500 investment for $1000. Never again will we ever buy a car from "Premier" and never again will we purchase a vehicle without having a real mechanic (not theirs) look it over. An expensive lesson to learn.

I recently bought a 2012 Subaru Forester from here and they were some of the friendliest staff I have met at a used car place. From the time I walked in to the time I bought my car they gave incredibly insightful knowledge on the vehicle. My car did run into some engine issues after I drove it off the lot but I took the car right back and they fixed all issues free of charge with no questions asked. Gu was my salesperson and he was phenomenal. They stand by the vehicle they sell you and will make sure anything that doesn't work gets fixed with no questions asked.

I am happy that I found the right place to service my car. The quality of service and attention they gave me made me their client. In this place they are very professional but at the same time they make you feel at home. Highly recommended. Excellent experience. I did service, state stickers, they also installed a bull bar at my request that looked very good. The location is convenient too.

I was looking for a vehicle that was suitable and safe for my daughters and me, a coworker referred me to them. The team helped me choose what was best for me, they were very professional, kind and friendly throughout the entire process, another thing I liked is that they speak my language Spanish, but also English and Portuguese. Very recommended!

The folks at Premier Auto never fail to live up to their name!
I've been bringing my cars to Premier for a couple years, now, and l've had a great and personal experience every time. Their work is top notch, the turnaround is speedy, and they remember me like l'm a friend every time I come in. Twice, now, l've had to bring my cars in unannounced because of odd little mechanical issues while on the road, and they've been completely accommodating each time, somehow managing to work me into their busy schedule with no complaints or extra charges. I always feel confident and comfortable when I bring my car here, and I think you will, too. Perfect stars from me!

Drove 3.5 hours to look at a “ mint truck that needed nothing and was in excellent shape”. Got there and the first thing I noticed was the driver side corner of the front bumper was pushed in, the chrome had been painted over to match the body. The driver side fender had been painted by ( what appeared to be ) Stevie wonder himself. Over spray all over the fender liner , and black trim panels. In addition that same wheel the tire was extremely feathered and there was evidence of suspension damage. Rust had been starting on the rear wheel wells, they sanded it quickly and blew some paint over top to hide it. The interior was bombed with air freshener to hide all the grime they neglected to clean off, and must smell. Upon starting the truck a very noticeable lifter tick could be heard. Several stored codes in the computer upon connecting my scan tool. After I went inside and informed the salesman I wouldn’t be buying the truck and informing him of all the issues he deleted the ad and blocked me on Facebook.
Just another stereotypical used car dealer trying to make a buck scamming the general public by slapping lipstick on auction vehicles. Don’t waste your time.

Very unsafe and unprofessional. Tow trucks are not up to safety or regulations of the state on NH . Owner is abusive .
