Quick service with a small town feel to it, where you feel like the staff there wouldn't mind having a chat with you. Not the same feel you get from big banks like B__of A__ .

They just made me feel like I was doing something illegal and asked me all kinds of questions, had another lady come over and made me sign “to make sure the signature matches” on top of not doing what I asked them to do. I go to a different branch all the time and I am never made to feel the way I just was made to feel at the hooksett branch. I will never go to this branch ever again even though it’s closer to my house. I’ll go to the one by my work instead. Customer service is truly a thing in the past when it comes to td bank. They have my money and they give me a hard time. I felt like taking it all out and closing my account.

Great branch of a terrific bank. I got a call one night recently from TD Bank asking if I was purchasing something on Ebay for $500 with my debit card. I quickly told him no and went to the Hooksett branch in the morning to get a new card.Ben Bonneville quickly and expertly processed a new card for me and made sure it was working perfectly. This is one of the many benefits of TD Bank - instant replacement of your debit card if needed. Ben was a pleasure to deal with and I left very impressed.A week or so later, I received a call from Gail McCrossin, the Assistant Store Manager of the Hooksett location. I had met with her a month before to get a refund on a bank check that a realtor had lost. You have to wait 90 days which would have put the refund sometime in December. When I originally met with Gail, knowing she had been with the bank for decades, I knew I was in very good hands and quite relieved. She called me on a Saturday to tell me the refund was in early, because the date on the check was a month before I filed for the refund. She made time available that day so I could come right in and get the money into my savings account. Made my month! When TD Bank claims they are "America's Most Convenient Bank", I have to agree with them. I have been dealing with the Hooksett branch for over 10 years, and have had great experiences with all their people.

Absolutely horrible person as the accountant.. Always makes you go into negative numbers. Completely unacceptable. I closed my account once for this (partial reason) should have never let them talk me into getting another account. I wouldn't recommend this branch to my worst enemy.

Gail was amazing! Helped my fiancé and I last minute, was very efficient , and even went the extra mile for us! She also gave our kids little elf hats. So cute! Really appreciate her hard work :) thank you Gail !

They are constantly closing and changing hours with no notice or consideration to the business that depend on them. More like America's most inconvenient bank.

I went to this TD location to get bank records and have some paperwork notarized. Store manager, Wes O’Bryan assisted me with both tasks. Wes was extremely professional and kind throughout my experience. He went above and beyond helping me and giving me guidance to my questions. Highly recommend this branch if you live in the area and to utilize Wes for any bank related needs!

Do not use the ATM for a deposit at this location. Especially cash! It never credited $300 for me. They have stated they have had problems before and are not the ones who service them. Banking should be more secured and managed correctly!

I was there for international wire transfer and I gave all the bank details. There was an old female Staff who seems at the age of 55/60. She does not know how to make a wire transfer. I explain her and taught but she is helpless. After all I fell like I’m wasting my time so I went Manchester TD bank branch and did my wire transfer with the help of Brandon. He is a cool guy and knows a lot about online internet banking. Thank you Brandon once again.

Went to the drive through window for depositing checks. Took unusually long and the person in the next lane who came way later was done in a couple minutes. Then I looked back at the tellers and surprised to see the one that took my checks handing it off to another teller to get processed while she helped another customer. Well maybe because I looked Asian so she didn’t want my cooties.

Whoever the notary of the public is there, was very rude. She had our document in hand, with ID, ready to sign and then asked if we were a customer. I had said no, and she then went on to say well if you aren’t a customer here, she cannot help us. They only notarize for customers only. Now I’m sure as a company they have the right to do that, but would that really make me WANT to be a customer? After being treated like scum? Nope. Just confirmed why I’ll never be a TD bank customer.
