I have brought my vehicles to Performance Place for years. Alicia does a great job running the place and communicates well about vehicle issues, cost, scheduling, etc. They do great work, charge a fair price, and answer any questions we have. Definitely recommend.

Tried to be a loyal customer. Like the mechanics and their work is unmatched. Go to pay the bill on 3 occasions and there is a charge of $30.00 foe shop supplies on all 3 occasions. I understand that there are certain items that need to be charged for under this category I've experienced this at other shops but not virtually 30% of the bill. Needless to say I am done there. Would not recommend this shop unless you are willing to spend $30 to get in the door.

When a customer calls and explains exactly ? what needs to be fixed, say NO I don't fix that. Don't make a customer drive a car 45 mins, then call and say oh yeah I don't want to fix that. Then forget to leave the key & block the car in ?

The performance place is phenomenal. They are professional, honest, friendly, and most importantly cost effective. Owner was very polite, however the tech’s were rather useless, went in to get height adjustments done on coilovers, after 2 hours they ended up not even touching the height in the rear but somewhat lowered the front as it’s quite simple. Due to the struts being separate from the actual coil, the job was too complex for the employees and resulted in no actual adjustment being made which is the primary reason for choosing this place as in the description is described as being able to do suspension work. Walked away from the building for 10 minutes, just to walk back and see the techs that were supposed to be working on my car, standing outside doing absolutely nothing, which for 125 an hour is unacceptable. They did complete a 4 wheel tire allignment, plus front end adjustment, but for 200 dollars is quite a rip off, thanks anyway.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My daughter is 9 months pregnant and her car broke down and she was nervous the baby would come anytime and have no car but Josh the mechanic & Alisha the owner took her car in the shop within an hour of her calling and had her car running perfect right away. Very professional in handling on my warranty issue associated with my vehicle. Alicia and the team of techs were responsive and informative every step of the way. I was unlucky in it fell on the holiday weekends of Christmas and new years but still with that taking a longer wait for it to be fixed they still did so in a timely manner. Alicia handled correspondence with the warranty company and got the parts that were damaged covered and replaced. Thank you for your efforts and to the techs who worked on the vehicle. Would recommend them highly as for her keeping me in the loop and the repairs made.
