They did not have a truck on site but had employees out getting other vehicles. She contacted another location and sweet talked them into giving her one of their brand new 1/2 ton trucks and had an employee on site within the hour to do a vehicle swap at the dealership so I didn't have to walk. She also made sure I had the best deal as it was going to be relatively expensive. She told me that if I needed ANYTHING to make sure to call her. When I returned the vehicle, she immediately came out and said that I was at 1/4 tank, and it would be very expensive to fill it back up through them and directed me to the closest gas station. She is by far the most professional and accommodating Enterprise rep I have ever rented from. She is a very valuable employee and represents the best that Enterprise has to offer.”
